I’ve been becoming obsessed with linen. It’s also great for the winter as well too very comfy and if it’s lined keeps you pretty warm

@@ThesselyJuliet I used to buy cheap trendy clothes but I’m so over that. Now that I’m 42, I would rather invest in high quality pieces that will last a long time. And yes I agree about getting clothes tailored! I’m getting back into thrifting so I can spend the rest of my budget into getting them tailored. Unfortunately living in NYC ain’t cheap but we do have some of the best thrift stores around. Or wait for end of season sale so I can stretch my budget. But yes I’m so done with looking cheap for the sake of being trendy 😅.

I def need to get a lot of my jeans taken in. But I struggle with the little dart that comes when the tailor fixes it. I feel like ppl notice that when you walk around and I just dont know what to do. 😩 Does it bother you too or do you just not care about that?
It doesn't bother me at all. My tailor does it very well that it looks like part of the design.
