9:40 Non-Discordant ST/T changes in LBBB; an easier explanation:
st segment change or T wave changes occur opposite to the dominant QRS vector
it means = (qrs has 3 waves so if u sum up all the vectors of these waves, the resultant vector is called the dominant qrs vector )
so,
st elevation or tall T waves if qrs is negative
st depression or Inverted T waves if qrs is positive
