Hello brother I got student visa for new zealand in 27 march 2020. My visa expiry date was 09 May 2021. Now it is september. My visa has expired now but I havent refunded my tution fees also in the hope that I may get chance to study in New Zealand. Please help to know that if I can go to New Zealand or not if the border reopens.
