Something that isn't quite clear : how many wireless rode microphones can be paired with the duo and the roadcaster pro 2 ? If you can have like 4 simultaneously it will be a total game changer even if I doubted this due to the fact wireless rode mic are sold no more than pairs for a reciever, so the only important thing is to known if at least 2 wireless microphones can be added at once I will say😊
I wish the streamer x was a little cheaper. I’d love it to be my second deck, to put in my other room with my PS5 and TV. Separate from my content creation set up. Great video!!

Main thing they missing is a joe rogan style microphone holder just like the red one in your video behind the presenter. They have not made any updates or upgrades to their microphone holder.
When I'm gonna get MY LINE INPUT back as a "NEW FEATURE" rode? I own TWO rodecaster 1 and, ONE rodecaster 2. Also, model 2 introduces time delay in LIVE STREAMING. I'll sell the model 2. The first model can be daisy chained in order to have 8 channels because they have 1/8" LINE IN's.
Looks like R0DE is going after the "Content Creator" space with a "Take No Prisoners" attitude. They are killing everything in sight! LOL I would had liked to see this lineup come in a bit more of an "entry level(ish)" price points. That being said as compared to what someone would have had to pay not too long ago to get this type of functionally, it is an indeed a bargain. I just wonder how many people getting into the content creator space realize this? Personally, I have already gotten on board the R0DE train with a couple of their products and am currently looking at their Headphones. Do you know if the newest headphones, with the built in attachable mic arm, are ambidextrous with regard to the mic being able to be placed on either side? Thanks for the demo it was great.
I dunno but let me check. These prices are amazing from the POV of someone with 40 years in the business. Never been more affordable. It’s a value proposition play…. Basically what is it worth to you?
Any new capture card these days needs to support HDMI 2.1 with 4k/120Hz passthrough, or I can't take it seriously. Everything else Rode is doing looks amazing, though.
The caster duo will be awesome and so can be the Stream X...BUUUT.... The smart pads design are complete and utterly useless for streaming. Rode design team has no clue on what streamers are looking for a desktop Device. they could of it made a BIG and I mean Big product here and they would have made HUGE foot print in the streaming atmosphere bigger then Elgetto and No-goxlr but completely missed it with the Stream X. ---->put 4 faders on the Streamer X not a dial (Lazy) and add a function to add graphic or wiget to the pads soo we know what im pressing when changing scenes folders or a sound effect. and add virtual audio routing

You need to enable beta mode by tapping repeatedly on the black area of "view device information".
The question is, can you plug in a phone to the headphone jack for two-way audio
You can plug it in the back using one of the inputs like you are supposed to. You can also use BT
