PLSSS don't be ashamed of ur acne 🙏💗 you're so gorg w/ and w/o makeup and it's refreshing to actually see unfiltered skin on social media. i love ur tutos and ur channel is so calming
Every time I feel bad about showing my makeup with acne, I go back to this channel and remember how pretty we can look no matter what. This channel helped me so much in high school that now that I'm going to college I feel more comfortable showing my acne, in addition to taking better care of my skin ♡ From Argentina, I love you peachysofia! ♡
I relate sm to the struggles w hormonal acne and doing makeup 😭😭 I find that my skin clears up more when I do use makeup, so the “let ur skin breathe” is a bit of a lie loll I’m happy to know I’m not alone! Please keep posting, this makeup look is wonderful!!
some people don't understand that makeup is most often not the cause of skin problems if one knows how to properly remove it ! there could be sooo much going behind the scenes that affects it more. thank you for your sweet words ★
MY FAVOURITE MAKEUP ARTIST IS BACK!!! BRO YOU DONT KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOUR STYLE!!! :D I STRUGGLE WITH HORMONAL ACNE TOO BUT SEEING A BEAUTIFUL LADY DOING A SICK MAKEUP LOOK BOOTS MY CONFIDENCE!!! my go to currently i wearing cute pimple patches :3 they make me feel better about my acne and i feel like im putting cute stickers on my face !!
Im literally in middle school, and my skin has so much acne scars. I understand how you feel, people are always telling me to wash my face and let my skin breath, or jusy straight up say my skins ass and it HURTS. Your not alone
You have responded to one of my complimentary comments before and I'm commenting again to tell you that you're exactly right about the hormonal issues with your skin it can also effect weight and mood, even fuck with sleep, you wowed me again today, keep up the good work! You're gorgeous

I find it so relaxing watching your videos 💆🏼♀️❤🧖🏼♀️ Sorry to hear your skin has been playing up lately, I remember in my 20s i started getting BAD hormonal acne out of no where. It took almost 2 years to fully go away. No amount of skin care can 'fix' it but you're doing the right thing by taking care of your skin! 🥰 f***k what anyone else says or thinks 😌 xxx
thanks so much !! 🩷 i probably need to look into some medication again which is a bummer but i also need to work on my confidence since it’s likely to never fully go away~
@EdTrollington that's so thoughtful of you to think of your gf! ❤️ (apologies in advance for my long reply, im really passionate about skincare lol) Hormonal acne is horrible because it's not caused by something you're doing wrong like bad diet, not washing your face, picking etc. Some things CAN trigger hormonal acne to emerge, like a foundation your skin doesn't agree with for example. But generally speaking, it's something we can't control (great huh). The best thing your gf can do is simply take care of her skin and use calming products with effective ingredients. There are lots on the market that are great - look for things like hyaluronic acid, Niacinamide, aloe vera, ceramides, oat, probiotics, and cica. Korean products have loads of amazing choices with gentle but effective ingredients! She should avoid using strong actives, however, people experiment and find what works for them! AHAs & Retinol can work wonders for some people but cause havoc for others. At first I recommend she just let her skin rest, keep it hydrated and moisturised (this also means drinking plenty of water each day) and dont over-cleanse as it'll strip the natural oils and make things worse. The thing that helped me the most when i had active spots that were red and sore, was using spot treatments containing salicyclic acid (a BHA, so only use sparingly on areas that really need it), and putting hydrocolloid pimple patches on the areas that were the worst. These patches REALLY speed up healing time of spots so are a godsend 🙏🏽 Above all, DO NOT PICK OR SQUEEZE SPOTS OR PORES. No matter how tempting it is (it's difficult lol), your gf should leave her skin alone so it can heal. Calming face masks are nice during flare ups, ice can help reduce redness & swelling when needed, and don't be afraid of products containing oil. I really hope she finds something that works for her! 🤞🏽❤️
girl lol I been fighting those same people saying "let your skin breathe" in your comment section every time I see it lmao. No one should tell you what to do with YOUR skin except YOUR dermatologist. I know in some weird way they think they're being helpful and doing you a favor, but if they actually read the text you put on your screen, they'd know that you already know the cause of your acne and are already trying to treat it. It ain't nobody's business but yours bbg. And I am so proud of you for not blurring your skin anymore in your ig photos or using filters anymore. I love seeing alternative men and women showing off their ACTUAL skin texture, pimples and all. Skin is a beautiful thing and I cringe so hard when I see people blurring their skin to the point where I can't even see the shape of their nose let alone any texture LOL. Even I used to use those jaw slimming, skin blurring filters and legit got to the point where I refused to take a picture without them on. Then I started taking pictures with a lower quality camera (without the face changing filters) and I literally felt so much prettier and the compliments I got felt so much more genuine. Sorry for the long rant lol, but young women desperately need more realistic people like yourself in the beauty industry fr. Acne is normal even when on a strict skincare routine. Love uuu girl keep it up
everything you said is so ON POINT ! ♡♡ i hate how the alt community has also fallen for the epidemic of the distorting beauty filters and how people have just silently accepted it. young people barely know what real skin and simply real FACES look like cuz people edit, get surgery/fillers and never disclose it. it's absolutely heartbreaking for all parties, including to those who feel like they need the filters and medical procedures. i would never want to contribute to young people feeling insecure about their natural features. so even though i often feel vulnerable putting myself out there like this, if i can help even one person feel better about themselves then it's worth it ♡♡ thank you so much for everything you said ★
Your makeup is always amazing and don’t let people’s dumb words get to ya. You’re pretty, with and without makeup and your skills are amazing. It’s awesome to see how far you’ve come and I hope you feel better about things soon!
I have acne too, its hormonal and i sometimes feel so insecure and ugly😢 . But then i just come to watch these videos, and then i feel better somehow because you have it too and you're still so pretty!
i’m in middle school and love watching u and i learning how to do my makeup like this your videos have helped so much it makes me feel so cutesy to watch while i do my makeup and OMG u are SO PRETTY I CANT AHHHH slay all day long
I had the same problem as well so don’t be ashamed of it, it happens. You’re very beautiful with or without makeup. Over time it will go away, so don’t worry. I love the unfiltered look in your videos, it very relaxing. Don’t listen to people “ let your skin breathe” just do you❤❤❤
Hi Sofia! I've been following your channel since college and love your videos. I had acne the same as yours and every time I felt sad about it I came to your channel and you made me feel so much better. Now I am a registered dietitian working at Stanford Medicine. I don't want this to be unsolicited advice so please feel free to ignore ~ but adding more omega-3s and LOTS of colorful vegetables into your diet has been shown to help greatly! Obviously I'm not a dermatologist but I hope this helps. Much love ♡
I LOVE THISS SO MUCCH. And don't be embarrassed about your acne, it's normal and I also have a lot of spots and pimples on my face... I feel proud when I see a makeup artist who doesn't have "perfect" skin, I can relate
Beautiful babes, don’t be ashamed of the acne it’s a normal thing. Everyone gets it you look amazing with and without makeup keep doing what you do. Have a good day!😊
Girl, about the hormonal acne, me too! It's hard to cover up and it hurts so bad! The only thing that has worked for me is acnecide 5% . Literally less red and swollen in 1 use ! ( and I had it away worse than yours) in general tho try to keep the stress low and drink your water. Luv u
Ive finally found someone who doesn’t think this makeup is weird i been trying to perfect it for 2 years the tur rlly helped plus you still look so cute your acne just shows where the happiness is
Omgg same girlie! If you don’t mind here are some things that I use personally that I would recommend you try!! Oils-Squalane + Vitamin C Rose Oil. Or if you want something more natural use Aragon oil! For moisturizer I would use CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion!! And lastly for like pimple patches if you don’t want to commit to buying oils and creams I would definitely recommend mighty patches, especially if you want something under $15!
Omggg, yaay! 🎉 I'm so happy when you post, Sofia. ^*--*^ You make my day! Be your true self and all the rest falls to the wayside. I love your handmade beanie and gloves! Wanna check out your shop but didn't see the link? Mwah! Love from USA❤🌈🐛🧜♀️🐿🧚🏾♂️
Your veryy beautiful without makeup seriously, and I hope that you know that you don't need all of that, and you are beautiful naturaly, but if this make you happy and confident go for it, but remember that you look super cute without makeup and with, so byeeeeeeee ❤️❤️❤️
You are fkn gorgeous!!!!!!! #GORGEOUS. Girl we all got faults. Thankfully yours is something you can share with people, and no one THAT MATTERS, will even matter. You are fkn #fabulous
You are lovely regardless of the acne. I found that gluten, dairy, and sugar messed with my hormones a lot when I was your age. I did a lot of fasting and detoxing during certain periods of the month. Try cutting some out for a bit to see if it helps. This too shall pass… life will test your patience at times. Enjoy the time you have and don’t worry about what you cannot deal with today. 90% of the crap I thought mattered never did. Ok. Enough of that. You are lovely! I love the makeup and your talent in using it.
ur so gorgeous! ur acne dosent bother me at all, its just adds more character, idk. dont be ashamed and just keep posting i luv ur content and ive tried a few of ur makeup looks too!😻♥
What I am about to say applies to everyone and anyone who are still out there, in 2024, judging people off stupid shit like skin texture or makeup style…there are ways to state your opinions without going out your way to fail at subliminally tearing down someone’s confidence…however since some of you chose to do so because your hiding behind the screen of a phone, then I can say that I 100% truly believe some people have mouths that evolved into an asshole overnight because all y’all are doing is talking shit. Just straight diarrhea flying out what is supposed to be your damn mouth. Nobody is perfect and anyone saying they are not insecure or self conscious about their entire character at all is straight up delusional and lying through their teeth. Sofia do me a favor and never stop being yourself. Never stop doing what you are doing, tell those haters that you have much more for them to get mad at so be patient. Don’t forget misery loves company, but some people are so damn miserable that not even misery wants their company.
maybe the camera and lights are tricky but that foundation looks dark and yellowish for your skin tone :c at least on this video your skin seems fair and cool toned rather than warm toned (I always had such a hard time matching foundations so I thought of leaving this tip, its not hate, you're beautiful!)
i honestly don't know either atp cuz in natural lighting so outdoors in the sun it looks really good but in warmer dim light like in my bathroom and my makeup room (where the last clip is filmed) it looks a bit darker ?? it could also be that it oxcidises a bit through time....
I had really bad acne, ask your dermatologist about doxycycline. It helped me so much and I wish I had known about it sooner! I love your videos and you are beautiful! We all have imperfections and insecurities. Don't worry ❤
I have acne and I always get if you didn’t wear that much make up you wouldn’t look like that and Honestly Idgaf like acne goes away give it time and people with acne look beautiful regardless ❤
I still get adult acne even body acne sometimes. I can suggest eliminate bad sugars all together, go paleo or keto, cut off all sugary soft drinks and candy, you want something sweet stick to baking at home with better ingredients use real maple or honey as sweeteners, eat good quality yogurt or take probiotics supplements. These all help with my acne and my overall health.
thank you ! 🩷 i always credit my music sources but i reaaally love the lofi mixes @ demongummies here on youtube make c: they made all the mixes on this video~
i have the same problem. hormonal acne is such a bitch, but you look so beautiful with and without makeup! dw what other people say >~

maybe the camera and lights are tricky but that foundation looks dark and yellowish for your skin tone :c at least on this video your skin seems fair and cool toned rather than warm toned (I always had such a hard time matching foundations so I thought of leaving this tip, its not hate, you're beautiful!)
i honestly don't know either atp cuz in natural lighting so outdoors in the sun it looks really good but in warmer dim light like in my bathroom and my makeup room (where the last clip is filmed) it looks a bit darker ?? it could also be that it oxcidises a bit through time....
hii i love your videos and my name is also sofia!! where is your necklace from?? the silver one on the end :)
I love your videos so much
Please where do you get your background songs from?🥹
thank you ! 🩷 i always credit my music sources but i reaaally love the lofi mixes @ demongummies here on youtube make c: they made all the mixes on this video~
