For spectroscopy we see the metabolism of the particular tissue the levels of cells like creat lipid NAA choline
If cho goes up and naa is decreased with respect to creat that its high grade glioma
If naa and cho cells peaks are same the its low grade glioma
For normal naa peak will be high as compared to other peaks
Choline cells are very much important cells for the normal functioning of all cells. And it is important component of cell membrane. Our brain and nervous system need choline cells to regulate memory,mood, muscle control and other functions too
But if the choline cells starts rapid division chemical shift it causes the malignant pathologies like gliom, neoplasms,demyelinations,inflimation or encephalomalacia
