Nance Schmance I know already what TSA puts people through, and I choose not to be a part of it. My years of flying have long been over. Don't enjoy it as am way too old as the women in my family age quickly after a certain age. The picture am using here of me is 6 years old.
I'm not that old, but happen to have turned the same age as President Trump over the long winter we had, and have not flown for 15 years (was 55 then), even with having a daughter and two twin 2-year old toddlers clear across the country. Flying is demeaning and extremely dangerous. I believe people who do not feel life is very valuable do the bulk of it. I have a friend a little younger than I am who has NEVER flown. I think I've flown only 5 times in my life and don't miss it a bit. A person is really only as young as they feel, and there is nothing wrong with that. I also feel God does not believe there is anything wrong with feeling that way either. People need to grow up or at least mature a little bit and not be so quick to judge others, don't you?!
The weather here has not been real cold anymore like it had been. We get into the upper 40's or lower 50's daily and have been for a few weeks now. I only have to wear a sweater when I go out somewhere, not a heavy coat anymore. Nights get down in the low 30's, so my disabled daughter and I stay warm at night with my heat pump set at 75 degrees. We get light rain very infrequently and sunny skies, so our weather has been very nice. Too bad you're weather hasn't calmed down some yet. I'll pray for you to get better sleep. I just think that the more people fly, the more chances they have of losing their lives doing that, as planes crash, have been hijacked or shot out of the sky. The majority or bulk of the population who fly probably feel they don't have a good quality of life if they don't fly, whether it's for visiting relatives or doing it because their job calls for it. However, the latter is an exception as yes, they chose a job that calls for flying. That, too, is something they didn't have to do as they could have chosen a different occupation where they weren't in the Air Force. I'm talking about the civilian population. My mom who died last September flew less times than I did in her 91 years of life. I just think flying is a waste of money. The women in my family are mostly all home bodies, except for one daughter, who was not raised by me, as I adopted her out at birth. Hope you also bundle up and take care in the cold weather. I was only two years back from backslidden condition , but Daniel changed me in a great way. Since then, I have been blessed to be introduced to much more from good teachers like Jack Hibbs, JD Farag, and many more that seem to be all in a circle of teachers that I know I can trust.
