Great video and seems to be a very nice product, though the $99 original price tag is quite high for a travel kettle. Would be a really competitive product if it comes down to $50
This is the option if your wanting to go electric. Heating products consume a ton of energy, most electric kettles run over 1200 watts, so I think this is a pretty good solution running at 500w. I haven’t seen anything good that runs lower than this. If the 500watts is a deal breaker I would recommend sticking to a traditional propane camp stove.

Do they make a larger capacity kettle? This one is too small for me
@@user-rw7xd7qy3j no they don’t
@@alpinetactics actually it seems they do. I was searching Amazon and there's a 32 oz version.
I am new camper and would like a low watt way to heat water. Thanks.

@alpinetactics 500 watts no problem with my set up. 100 bucks a lot. Maybe they have black friday sale.
Gas is the quickest way - or a kitty kettle. Electricity is slooow.
Just make coffee on milk - you only have to heat it to 70 degrees and it heats faster than water. Make a latte. Or cappuccino!
