Thanks for the video! How do you choose and what's the different "theme" of your coffee set (A,B,C)? I mean What are you focus on? (Roasting, process, ratio,...). Thanks a lot. Best.
That could be anything depending on what you want to practice with. For my experiences, I had done everything such as different processes, roasting profiles, lots, origins, roastery etc.
It’s all up to you mate!
I want to ask you coffee should be same in any mark cup like A. Or B. Or C Just we need to choose all same cup but cups mark should be a same like if i want to choose C cup
Should be a all C cup

hello. Charlie How can I find it accurately and quickly? Do you have your own special method?
Is it just to choose the odd one out based on country of origin? Are there other variations like, grind size, brew time, process methods, etc?
The rule is based on the different coffee[lot] from different origin, farm, process and variety etc.
It’s definitely not from different recipes such as a different grind size with same lots.
Any tasting tips or strategies?

You choose A cup all there all same coffe
And others cups has different coffee

How did you choose A cup I mean did put some different coffee
The thing that he failed to explain here is that we need to find the different one among each set, so in set 1 AAB we need to find the B, and in set 2 AAC we need to find the C. I also did assume that he need to find all the A cup so it was a little bit confusing at first.
It mean 3 coffee beans here, 2 coffees were identical.? That was the purpose of the practice for?
