- Hello, my name is Abe, the owner of Yatai Keiji. I am Abe, the owner of "Yatai Keiji," a yatai that is said to be one of Fukuoka's most popular tourist attractions. Before that, we wanted to record the current stall, which we inherited from the previous generation, and preserve it in our memories. We have been at the mercy of regulations and rules unique to yatai, and have often been affected by rain and wind, making it difficult for us to even operate. Nevertheless, we will continue to pass on our beloved yatai culture to the next generation, and to keep our customers smiling, we will continue to pass on our beloved yatai culture to the world. I've eaten at Yatai Keiji in Fukuoka, and the videos do not do this man's work justice. The food is delicious, and he is constantly working, cooking, and cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed and recommended that if you are ever in Fukuoka to stop at Yatai Keiji to eat, you won't regret the experience.
