It might be because of red chilli some times chilli is bitter
Add little more vinegar the bitterness will go.. Mine masala also came out bitter I added more vinegar then it was perfect
You added 3 times chilly flavor and also pepper power! U don't think u added too much spices on that?
It came out to be beautiful and so tasty!
can i keep that grinded paste in freezer for 1 week.. and use later ???
