Eeee, this is SUCH a special upload! Not only am I happy that I was finally able to work on two of my favorite songs, I'm also super pumped that I got to do so with Amanda Lee! (We've been planning this for like a year, now -- it has totally been worth the wait.)
If you're not familiar with Amanda's work, you definitely need to go subscribe to her channel, like right now. She's well-known for her voice acting work and for putting her vocal and lyrical talents to good use in her anime and gaming covers! She's a great friend of mine, so I'm extremely excited that we got to team up on this! :)

I grew up with Kingdom Hearts, no one will ever understand how much this game means to me.. It helped me survive through school with my depression. I'd always have something to look forward to and hold on to, if that makes any sense? .___.

It makes complete sense... This game stopped me from wanting to end my life (personal problems, doodlee-do). It gave me faith that I could carry on past the hardships in my life, and look where I am now. Proud honors student with faith in others. You don't need to feel different for relying on this game and it seeming to be apart of you, because it really is something you don't just forget. It's a memory you keep.

Ciel Phantomhive Personally, I loved Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2. It showed me that the way to dispel darkness and dark thoughts is to look towards the light. Don't focus on what went wrong, and look towards the good things.

I know this is 3 years old, but I only happened across it very recently, and it is just SO beautiful. Its gorgeous. It keeps popping up in my head at random times and i love it. Thank you guys for doing this when you did. I have never played Kingdom Hearts, but I did have a friend who it was absolutely important to.

Kingdom Hearts got me my imagination, and encouraged me to read books like Hunger Games, Warrior Cats, and many other fantasy/fiction books, which got me my A+ in writing, reading, and art. This also got me to watch UA-cam once again. The only downfall was that it got me scared of the dark...

man it's such a good game. if you just watched it, I don't think you got the whole emotional impact. afterward, when you run around as roxas dual wielding and smashing heartless, it's totally transcendent imo

My childhood being sung back to me by such heart-breakingly beautiful voices. It's been so long since I've heard any English vocalization for Simple and Clean (my PS2 is in storage and I have the Japanese soundtrack), and it just pulled on my heart strings. I, personally, don't think the combination of Simple and Clean and Sanctuary was a good one. Your voices are fine, I'm not saying they're bad. I just think it would have been better if you had done one or the other, not both.

The thing with the copyright law is that there is a way around it. As long as you say that you don't own it and you don't make money off of it (and it's all true) then you can post it. People who write fanfiction do it all the time. That's why they get away from it too. They make sure to note that they don't own anything in it (with the exception of the plot [if it's their own plot] and their own characters [the ones that they made]) and that they in no way, shape or form, make money off of the stories that they post. Singers and cover artists on here can do that too. I've seen it.
And overall the song is awesome. Yeah, there's that one or two parts that clash just because of how both songs are on their own and that at those points in both songs, they don't go together, but overall it's awesome.
