Here is the formula for the date cells. In F2 put in your first date *it must be a Monday * then put this formula into F3 and press enter. Drag across when done (just like you did for the other formatting). =F2+IF(WEEKDAY(F2)>5,3,1)

@@aprilpickett That gives a bullet point in the cell/box but is there a way to add more then one topic in box. Eg. -sounds -cvc I can only add one thing in box/cell. Thanks

On my Mac I can click Control + Enter to add more than one line of text. I hope that helps!
