What you men lack in tools you make up for it in manpower and teamwork. I was hoping that you guys would have replaced that clutch disc and expansion plugs on the block. The guy standing in front of the engine when you took it out and re-installed it was taking a big chance on getting squashed like a bug. Overall, you guys did a great job.
A torque wrench and torque sequence??? What’s that???
Thank you for watching and observation. Let the positive vibes come.

26:33 26:40 😊
I would bet that there aren't many trucks with DPFs in Pakistan.
I’d probably bet there aren’t any.
Not yet but im sure they using something else to deal with the issue
@@fawadbadshah7837they will probably just remove them and put them in the scrap pile
@@fawadbadshah7837 Yup, probably a torch or saw.
Listening to the minion voices is almost as good as the video. Haha. Lot of work here. Wow
😁
It isn't the same engine AT 3.25: we see an OHC head and four valves per cylinder 😊😊 Fun fact 🎉
I wonder if all the persons that say what an amazing job these people are doing, would ever give these people their engines for a complete overhaul? Specially seeing how the pistons are treated with a wire brush,a hacksaw blade , sand paper , rubbed on the ground dirt.
Why are the head studs so hard to screw down ?😊
O Brasil é fã de vocês
rattle-can rebuild, all good for another 1500 miles, brand new second hand parts used throughout but fair play it works and works well, "if it aint broke dont fix it"
NO torque wrench? NO new clutch when they are right there? Dumb!
Tough time create strong man
@Pakistani-Hands What was the original problem that caused a full out of frame bearing and gasket replacement?
Blown piston.
Was the truck carrying a load of concrete when it broke down? If so, how would they have discharged it, because if it had stayed and become hard, it would have been all but impossible to remove.
No, the truck was unloaded from the concrete. It was on a way back to the station after being unloaded from concrete on the work site.
I hope it wasn’t full of concrete at the time.
Harbor freight send them some ratchets, and a torque wrench.
Динамометрический ключ? Нее не слышал)
Anyone know what the high for that day was?
A lot of editing going on here...
There is a shit load of mistakes your not seeing...
Stuff like leaks, fuel pump timing, electrical problems... Etc...
With that piston smashed like that, What about the cylinders and head?
They act like they fixed it overnight with a screwdriver and a 15mm wrench... Right?
There was something dripping off the left side of the engine. you could also see dark wet spots on the engine block.
No Torque wrench?how?
Haz vai.

When I was a kid, I'd take things apart and wire brush them and wash them in gas and call it rebuilt too.
new bearings and rings.......... did u watch
Did you follow torque instructions?? tightening schematics?
Maybe the dust and dirt blowing into the tubo helps the rings seat!
They should send these vids to all the little girls who cry about torque specs hahaha
Torque specs are important, otherwise the screws will come loose eventually.
Havent used torque specs once in 10 years. Never had a car come back with lose bolts
@@aqibfreed4672 If you are putting an engine back together, using the torque specs for said engine is important, otherwise something could come loose due to vibrations, it can take months or years, but it can happen.
@@aqibfreed4672probably because they all ended up as scrap
Maybe learn to read first brother, i never said the cars never came back…. Now get back to googling the torque spec for a door handle 😂
You'd be amazed how easy (relatively speaking) alot of this stuff is when you don't have any rust...... I'd like to see em pull this off in indiana in the winter
no time to rust, they rebuild the same engine every 1600 miles.
This is where pug1 from inwood customs learned how to do his engine rebuild's
Whatever happened to him in his battle with the town?
48:08 that head bolt is cross threaded and the dude with the impact doesn't give a shit and slamed it all the way in
time for a second rebuild!
one cross-threaded bolt means nothing to these people.
Thats a problem for the next rebuild shop haha
I guess cross threads better than no thread on that 1 head bolt
My eyes were watering, that bolt shall be a righty loosey 😂
I mean, consider it welded.
I'm always amazed at what these guys can do with the limited tools they have. The teamwork and experience of the senior mechanic is vital considering the work environment. My concern for the health of the workers is tempered by the fact that they do have a relatively good job in their country of Pakistan. They feed their families and thats good.
36:18 Working with shit tool's but they have the latest and greatest cellphone
I’m in need of your prayers and healing vibes. Please keep me in your thoughts as I work towards better health.
Anyone notice that this started as a 4 valve per cylinder, overhead cam engine, and became a 2 valve pushrod??!! Wonder if they give a warranty?!
Skilled mechanics 🏁🏁 not a torque wrench in sight 🔧🔧
they don't even have a rachet
Наверное мотор умер после такого же ремонта. )) Дядя Серёжа учился там.
На канале Гараж 54 вышел видос, там собрали мотор в «пустыне».
Мотор недолго отъездил
mostly hated comment all came from cowpiedrinker
Ahi no se usa torquimetro😮😮😮
Fantastic job, from ireland.❤👏👍
Freak in the sheets, pajeet in the streets.
Thank you thank you 🤠🐎🙏💯💯💯🇮🇳🇱🇷
I swear the guy cranking down the cylinder head said ''CLICK!" in Pakastani!
I sure didn’t see a torque wrench anywhere. Hahaha
How do you say "click" in Pakastani???
I watched one of these in complete amazement and now am hooked. The teamwork and determination these guys show is incredible. One cannot overlook that they pile everything up and yet know exactly how it goes together.
It's 50 degree centigrade! bitchin about safety gear not gonna change the fact that they are working in HELL.
So many thighs wrong, i can't even start( but for me the mustard jug\assembly oil was the winner). If the engine won't blow up before 200h it's a miracle.
Have you watched any videos showing how they fix broken axels? just weld it and hope for the best.
Obviously there are NO torque Wrenches in Pakistan??? Obviously one click of the elbow is good enough there,, I bet they don't offer a warranty on their work..... Not sure how they can give that a thumbs up,,, There was fluids leaking out of it everywhere And it was running like a chaff cutter.. I'm glad I don't live there and have to rely on those cowboys.. FFS.
I'm shoking about head bolts titerning L-Rod😂😂😂😂😂🤣
Ich bin begeistert von diesen Mechanikern die mit einfachen Werkzeugen Großes leisten. Solche Arbeitsweise wäre in Deutschland undenkbar
Mesin yang diperbaiki berbeda dengan yang ada pada truck 😂😂
A blown piston will mess-up an engine. They obviously had to replace several key items.
Here in USA out of frame engine rebuild would cost 10 thousand + Over there a dollar two ninety 8
you're probably right. But over in Pakistan, getting that truck back on the road is what matters.
why do these guys work off the floor, fuck crouching like that all day
in america theid buy a whole new truck xD
Great job, but I can't believe it started up as easy as it did.
Just in time finished before the concrete gets hard.
You guys did a good job. Nice team work.
They pulled a UD engine out of the truck but are rebuilding a hino engine?
Was the trucks drum full or empty
how many days from removal to reinstall.
im sure they have lots of repeat customers lol
Well done, runs like damaged….
It’s always interesting and amazing to watch you guys adapt and overcome any problem with resourcefulness and ingenuity, it’s not how we do things here but we both get the same result, hats off to you gents
same same result....Im not sure....
This reminds me of working at big o tire
.....VISAO BRASIL NOT 10
PARA OS MESTRES MECANICO 😮 ❤
wONDER HOW MANY DAYS/WEEKS IT TOOK TO DO THIS?
NO torque wrenches used?
Looks like it took 1hour & 22min…..
@@lookylook570 jajaja
Most likely it was one week.

Incredible, brilliant, fantastic! Great mechanics. I love this video!!

jajajajjaaj
Torqued to specs
ES ADMIRABLE VER el empeño y dedicacion que ponen en lo que hacen con tadas las limitaciones que tienen pero les sobra mucha voluntad .soy de ARGENTINA el pais de donde es MESI saludos
Not exactly rebuilding video. Just taking engine apart and replacing whats damaged. Nothing special at all.
You're very good at making it...!❤❤
Thank you! 😊
👍👍🔝🇩🇪
Not the same engine buts still pretty cool video 3:28 & 57:43 you can tell different heads
Great job
👍👍
Why do we never see cam bearings replaced? Don’t they wear also?
As oficinas boca de porco, existe em qualquer lugar do mundo,o Brasil não é exceção.
OK , GUYS , KEEP ON GOING !!! PS. HELLO FROM FINLAND !!!
Hey ! Thank you brother.
OK !!!
Might the gentleman inserting the cylinder liners start all six, wipe his hands and then drive all 6 home??
No safety glasses, not safety gloves,,, and they are still the best🙏👈🏻💯💪🏼💪🏼

I give it too these guys. They are tough and rugged. They know what needs to be done and they get it do it..Makes my old days of rebuilding my motors in the bedroom look tame..
That driver depends on that truck for his survival. He was probably pan-handling roadside while the engine was being rebuilt.
Next design a motor
I saw a v8 engine when taking off the lorry what happen next
Ça c'est des vrais mécanos, jolie travail ❤❤
Imagine what these guys could do with a work truck with a crane air compressor welder and a complete set of sockets and dewalt power tools.
They have none of that but can still do a decent job. All things considered

"Rebuild" he says...
Never ever forget wearing safety pajamas and safety flip-flops!
This equipment has already saved millions of lives of Pakistani workers and many are now reaching the age of 30, even if they are blind or have had their arms and legs chopped off while working.
Never had any major incident, it's the field of braves. You can bitch though.
Don’t forget lead poisoning. Not a rebuild. Repair using old parts.
Un gran trabajo, felicidades, salud y suerte desde España
Not a single torque wrench was harmed in the making of this video!!

What torque wrench
better off with an angle grinder
that motor sounds like absolute garbage lol. this will get it out of the desert that's about it.

Torque, sequence and immaculate environment might be four letter words there! 😂
Hopefully the rotary vessel was empty, no ready mxed concrete inside ...
It was going back to refill the rotary vessel after got it empty in the field. But unfortunately it’s engine got seized.
