I pulled the Micro SD card today while cleaning the feeder and downloaded all the video to my computer. The files don't really seem to be openable on my computer. Are videos and images intended to be compatible with Mac/PCs, or is the idea that everything is really handled via the app interface? Relatedly, when I'm cleaning the feeder should I delete old data from the SD card, or does the camera delete the oldest files when it needs more space?
Hello, The SD Card files are formated so that the app can read it and store the information securely. The photos and videos can only be managed in the app currently. For your second question, the SD Card will automatcailly delete the oldest photos and videos when the card fills up. No need to wipte the card unless you want to remove all the information off it.
