I always found it funny how even when the animantronics where being shown as sad about kids being murdered, they still end up being evil due to their hatred.
I like the idea that the kids spirit and the animatronic programs fused, making it the kid speaking, but in foxy's voice. like the kid became foxy, but retains all of their memories
