#02 | Experiment Which Challenges Mass-Energy Equivalence Principle

Radioactive decay products, such as alpha and beta particles, obtain their kinetic energy from the explosive transformation of the mass defect during the decay process. During radioactive decay, the missing mass undergoes a violent explosion, propelling the decay products at extremely high speeds. This phenomenon can be experimentally verified using a cloud chamber. Even a very thin layer of radioactive material can induce turbulence in nearby air molecules due to the energy released by the exploding mass defect. This turbulence can be detected through precise measurement techniques. These observations support the hypothesis that mass defects in nuclear reactions explosively transform into a new form of matter. Consequently, the release of nuclear energy could arise from a change in the state of matter rather than the conversion of mass into energy, challenging the validity of the mass-energy equivalence principle.

What is stated show this video creator to be completely ignorant about nuclear physics and how the transformation of the matter in the nucleus in a decay is actually consistent with the energy mass equivalence. it is not only sad that this person is deluded. Worse, if other that have not had the opportunity to have a deep knowledge of this subjects, will be fooled by this stupidity.
