Seeing how Disney handled palpatine in their trilogy, I would’ve preferred it if Jar Jar took out Palpatine and became the main bad guy.

If I remember correctly Jar jar was ment to be a sith. But the fan reviews of jar jar actually changed the story. There is hints through all the movies he is a sith and an extremely powerful one for that matter.

@@texastoasted1372 if you watch the first movie when he hanging off the bridge he ends up on the opposite side he is hanging from when he drops. He is always in the back ground mouthing things when big choices are made, alot of hand movements when big choices are made as well. Then let's not forget who suggest palp get all the power. It was jar jar that suggested it. I always thought that his own race being scared of him was another good sign. Why would they be that way to him if he was just clumsy.
And lucasfilm also discuss that was the case but nobody liked jar jar
There also a comic where he uses a lightsaber and kills like 20 droids saves captain Rex but the moment they see him holding it he “drops” it on “accident” and pretends to trip and fall
He was so powerful that he could even mask himself from palpatine. My theory is that when he finds a new powerful dark side user, he uses them to rule the galaxy for a few decades, and then has them deposed and immediately replaced by another. This way he can rule forever
Yes he is the most powerful being in the entire Star Wars universe and dose all this for his entertainment destroying the balance of the force for fun lol

He actually is. It’s not speculative anymore. Jar Jar Binks was a very powerful sith. They planned on making him a big reveal however due to fear out of how the fans would react, they chickened out and never gave him his reveal. Doesn’t change the fact he is indeed a powerful sith though.

If you look truly upon the lore there can only be speculations about it, and with George’s statement he was supposed to be one, but never did. Therefor the CURRENT lore has him as a non sith since we haven’t seen him as a sith
