If you’re just running a phone cord directly to the panel and bypassing the RJ31x, then sure.

@@NM_Tech but noting happen when i test dial 1234 5 1, just test it progress 5 minutes and more and no sound, is there something i missed? Because i only enter *41 mycellular phone * just that, or is there any program must be actived?

I assume that your cell phone rings but it’s just silence. This panel can’t just directly call your phone and you get reports that way. It has to hear the tones of a central station receiver for it to transmit data.

Do i plug the other end of the telephone wire that gets wired into the rj into another telco box in my house?

Yes. And the RJ31X gets wired in before any other telephone on the line, in terms of order.
