He was being respectful to Izzy! He said that Izzy motivated him by saying something about staying in a bar. After Izzy’s loss to Sean he wanted to take a long break. Alex said that it’s a waste of talent for Izzy to sit on the sofa and that’s why he said “come to daddy”. Alex was trying to return the favour and motivate Izzy. A real man in every sense!

Why Alex is great is his fighting for sure. What takes him to the next level though is that instead of immediately calling for a rematch, this guy goes up a weight class and takes the belt there. Mental fortitude is an understatement.
What I find most terryfing about Perreira is how effortless and smooth his strikes look, as if he's practicing the movement... until you see the other dude being sent all the way to last monday
Imagine a world where Adesanya kept his mouth shut. He'd get down as the middleweight goat, surpassing perhaps the Spider. But he couldn't and now the ufc is not boring anymore. Thanks Adesanya.

I love that when Strickland and Adesanya met in the cage, Sean kept that energy from the stage and Izzy melted under the pressure. It was a great conclusion to Strickland calling Izzy a bitch.

I really hope he wins. He struggles defensively outside of his counter check hook. Opponents who throw longer combos usually have a good chance of finding his chin. Plus he's like masvidal where he keeps getting caught with the same punch. Izzy landed that punch in their first fight in the first round. With that being said I hope he wins.
