When I started recalling moments in my previous work, I realized that having daily meetings with 10. 20 people or more was super depleting to me. I was draining my energy without getting anything meaningful in return. On the contrary, I noticed that during moments when I worked quietly on my own, thinking of new concepts and strategizing, I felt a deep sense of fulfillment.

Im 25 and I took a new job because my old job was going out of business and all of the employees were unfortunately being laid off so I took this new job which is a state position and I absolutely hate it ! The job is shit the pay is shit and I’m miserable every day. I try looking for something new but It’s hard finding fulfilling work without a degree …..any advice ? And my last job where I was somewhat happy and I was making more money is now open once again so everyday I’m tempted to go back but I’m scared that the same thing could happen again
It's not easy finding fulfilling work, especially in the beginning it doesn't always pay (well). First of all, what kind of work is fulfilling to you, exactly? Once you've figured that out you can work towards that. It could take 6 months, a year, of even 2 years to make that transition. That time is the hardest, because you need to temporarily work in an 'okay' job or even a job you hate. However, knowing that after x time you will do fulfilling work can help you stay motivated and plough through.
So I'd say, first figure out exactly what your vision for fulfilling work is. If you don't know yet, dedicate time to explore until you understand it as best as you can. Then, while holding on in your job, use your time after work and weekends to make that career change.
Regarding needing a degree for fulfilling work-not necessarily. There are many people who don't have a degree who have fulfilling work, e.g. business owners without a degree, or people who don't have the matching degree. All the best!
