great video, but I have a problem. I've been trying for a long time to apply for a visa via mobile phone, but I can't go to the third page, all the fields are filled in correctly. I didn't have a problem last year.
I’m aware it’s needed for tourists visas issued at the Thai Embassy, but not evisas. Here’s their guide: www.thaievisa.go.th/static/English-Manual.pdf If you’d prefer to have support with your application you can look at applying through this service: ivisatravel.com/thailand/p/tourist-visa?
I read that you have to attach your bank statement, but on the last page, where the requested documents must be attached, I don't see the appropriate field... have you uploaded it?
Dear @catherine, On the last page, there is an option "Photograph : taken within the last six months, if the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the kingdom of Thailand" Can you describe please what does it mean? What kind of photos need to submit? I'm confused
Good video! :) ..At the E-Visa website it seems not to be possible to change the email-adress (2024-06-07). Changing password etc. works, but not the email adress (at the top, right: "Individual" - "Account information" - "Profile information" - "Edit") Is it necessary to create a new account if I want to safe my new email adress? Or could it make problems to have two accounts while ordering a new e-visa later? There are no solutions about that problem in the net.
Thank you, and great question! I don’t think making another account with a different email address would be an issue later on. What I do think would cause confusion is if you made multiple applications at the same time under different email addresses, assuming your personal information was the same (apart from the email address).
Thank you, and great question! I haven’t seen anything mentioned about green card holders getting visa free access to Thailand on these sources: www.ivisa.com/thailand/evoa? or www.thaievisa.go.th By the looks of it you would need a visa, but it does appear you can do so online as you are based in the US. The evisa portal shows that Moroccan citizens living in Morocco would need to apply in person, though those in the US qualify for applying online. I wish I could show you the screenshot I’m looking at, but it’s on the Thai evisa website under the “frequently asked questions” and then “am I eligible to apply online.” Hope this helps!
I have created a profile for myself for Thai visa. Can I submit my wife's and kids visa through my account by just applying on the new visa application ? Please advise.
Good question. I don’t personally know anyone who has done it that way, so I’m unable to speak from experience. The Thai evisa portal gives you the option to make an “agent” or an “individual” account, which suggests to me the system isn’t set up to handle families. I’ve seen other countries, like Kenya for example, allow “group” applications for families, but I’ve not seen Thailand offer it. This visa processing company does offer families to be under one account if you’re keen to keep your details and application in one place: ivisatravel.com/a/thailand?
Hi Home address means the current address where I am living now? Since I am Myanmar citizen studying at ANU Canberra and applying evisa in Canberra. So, have to fill Canberra address as home address? Thanks!
I would not recommend submitting one-way tickets as immigration will want to see proof that you’ll be leaving Thailand. To keep your plans flexible, you could look into booking a refundable flight ticket so that you can either cancel or adjust your flights as needed.
i have little confusion about intended date of Arrival and Intended date of Departure. i have a flight from Doha to Bangkok is 29July and Bangkok to Doha is 03Aug so which one i need to mention these dates?. Please Help
Your date of arrival would be the day you plan to arrive into Thailand, and your date of departure is the date you plan to leave Thailand. Therefore, based on the info you’ve provided, you would be arriving into Thailand on 29 July (your “intended date of arrival”) and departing on 3 August (your “intended date of departure”).
I imagine they want your first flight that shows you’re entering Thailand, and your first flight showing you’re leaving. As it’s a multiple entry it’s assumed you’ll be making more than one journey to Thailand, so you may not have other trips booked by that point. They’ll also want to see your name clearly on the reservation.
Hi, I hold a passport from a third world country. But rihgt now, Im studying in Europe and hold a temporary residence permit of that country. Can you tell me if Im applicable to apply or not?

Thank you for the valuable information. Did it require you to submit a return flight ticket because I didn't see that option in your video?
Informative video I was trying but i didn't find Bank Statement file attachment don't we need to show our Bank Statement for thai evisa

A passport-style photo is all you need.
I put a dummy ticket but they asked for the original one. Now i booked original one for 27 Nov but until now status is processing 😢
Any update?
Is it possible after getting the e visa to go the nearest embassy of Thai and ask them for a classical visa on the passport???
Unfortunately no, as the evisa differs from the tourist visa issued at the embassy.

What about my kids? Should I follow the same steps?
Yup!
Hi

Since I am Myanmar citizen studying at ANU Canberra and applying evisa in Canberra. So, have to fill Canberra address as home address? Thanks!
It will be your current home address in Australia as that’s where you’re currently living.
I am not sure my return date, I suppose to buy return ticket later. Can I submit only one way tickets?
I would not recommend submitting one-way tickets as immigration will want to see proof that you’ll be leaving Thailand. To keep your plans flexible, you could look into booking a refundable flight ticket so that you can either cancel or adjust your flights as needed.

What about the bank statement??😅
It’s not 48 hours
In two weeks you can get it
What plane ticket you need to show for METV visa?
I imagine they want your first flight that shows you’re entering Thailand, and your first flight showing you’re leaving. You can check your eligibility here: www.thaievisa.go.th
they dont ask about bank statment and a paper from Job an Salary payroll ?
I didn't come across the need to submit those documents. Were you asked to submit those documents?
Is the visa sent to you by regular mail or email?
Email.
@@CatherineTME Thanks!
Is it possible to stay up to 90 days when you applied for a visa?
It’s valid for up to 60 days. You may be able to request an extension. You can read more about the visa here: ivisatravel.com/thailand/p/tourist-visa?
@@CatherineTME Oh, so will they not let me in when I show them a flight ticket home that is over the 60 days? I a, going there to train muay thai
I would recommend checking with your nearest Thai embassy. There may be a different visa for you (this video shows the tourist evisa application).
Where can I find if I need a visa?
Here you go! www.ivisa.com/?
@@CatherineTME Helpful, Thank you.
It’s good to have somewhere to look because I NEVER know where to look!
It can be overwhelming! Glad you have this resource. 😊
