DSG hauled Work Train up the Johnsonville Line (4K)

A header tank will increase the capacity of the cooling system. Dg locos had them fitted because of overheating issues.

I would dearly love to know what led to having a header tank for coolant added on top of the headlight assembly on the DSGs

I was just questioning why DSC 2693 had the same thing!

If they're doing this with DSGs now then the DCs really are done for.
