This video is so frickin true and helpful!!!!! I recently had a lot hair fall and I was really worried about it. Then I went to my doctor and said about this problem. She had recommended me to have a simple diet in which it has to be contain protein, vitamins, iron. Then I started to consume one egg, Palak, soya bean, etc at least in day.. after few weeks the hair-fall reduced alot. And I also ate amla, drink it's juice.
She also recommend to stop using the chemical shampoo and stick on to Johnson's Baby shampoo also for the oil.
I hope it helped guys n girls out there!!!

@jayshri moorthy I meant to use Johnson's baby oil as it is for babies which mean it won't contain much chemical. Or else use coconut oil best .

I used to have same problem. I tried literally every home remedy from the internet, nothing worked so I went to see a dermatologist and found out that the reason behind my hairfall is haemoglobin deficiency. So go get yourself checked first.
go check for your hemoglobin deficiency
Instead of adding methi in the morning instead add at night it will help the mixture to gel up a bit which will be easier to apply

Arganlife argan oil is great for dry hair. My hair is dry due to all the years of coloring it but this makes it look more natural. You only need a small amount to make your hair look shinny and healthy. Would recommend arganlife argan oil to anyone who has colored and dry hair.

Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't know what to do. My hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?
Hey Amy, use the hair mask that's shown in the video. Oil your hair 2/3 times a week. And eat healthy. Use warm castor oil to massage your head once a week, castor oil is good for hair growth. And lastly don't stress too much, take a good night sleep. Hope this helps. -Team Glamrs

Use Ginger juice in yours hair it will help you to prevent hairfall

Yes dear u can use...but according to my experience just use normal jinger juice and then shampoo it......keep the mixture in your hair for 1 hour
