I don’t understand what’s the point in making such floors or apartments when the rooms are kept so tiny?? 🙄🙄🙄Why ain’t the builders understanding that big spacious rooms are required. And there MUST BE A STORE ROOM and A POOJA ROOM in every flat/ builder floor apart from the 3 big rooms. Itne paise bhi do aur fir bhi space nahi and such tiny rooms. And why are people still making kitchens in a corner or in a room??? Why can’t open spacious kitchens be made without those long chimney pipes??? I haven’t seen a single builder as of yet who really has a decent mind to build and a heart to give. They all aim to just mint money. NOT FAIR!!! Paise lelo but banao toh sahi. And properties must not be so over priced that they become limited to only few people. 2 cr mai excellently spacious aur ventilated flat/ builder floor with all the luxuries milna chaiye. PLEASE BUILD flats/societies/builder floors with every room very spacious. Always give one store room and one Pooja room, a good big jacuzzi at least in two rooms if it’s a 3 Bhk, spacious broad balconies facing the sun, open wide kitchens with dishwasher space, a laundry room, or a dedicated corner for laundry and please make one balcony at least morning sun facing that is like a mini terrace with no shelter on top. Direct asmaan aur morning sunlight mai baith sake under the sky. It is so important. Why can’t people use their brains and also consider health factors while designing a property?? People should learn to be giving also than just wanting to mint. 😞😞
1.90 Cr is worth for this apartment because you don't have to share things with too many people ....only 4 floor ....and not just that ....it will help people to make good connections quickly.....and last the builder ....it's Birla
