I love the "behind the scenes" story about this skit. Farley was filming Tommy Boy in Hollywood, and Lorne made him fly to NY just to speak one line in this very skit. Farley was "in a mood", as Sandler stated recently - and he tried to make Adam break character by looking at him with a crazy cross-eyed expression. You can see him also reach for Adam as he walks away from the table, almost like he's trying to tickle him - anything he can do to make Adam crack up. I love stuff like that! RIP to the great Chris Farley and Phil Hartman.

True it was filmed in Canada. Not too far from NY. Still, Chris was mad that he had to fly to NY for 2 lines. So like everyone else said. Chris spoke normally in rehearsals. Then, he just out of spite, he made the wardrobe and make up people put this fake beard on him. Just for this sketch. Then delivered the lines the way he did with the crossed eyes. Ultimately making Adam break. Amazing!
