Nice interview guys. I think that most people who are naturally entrepreneurial , they usually have good will towards seeing others succeed and to hear them tell their story on how they got it going and able to push thru those first couple of years making growth. 🎉
I drove for a company out of El Paso, TX that did OTR freight to that very same BMW plant in Grier, SC. As a comp driver, it was good money to my end. BMW, Tesla, Toyota freight from Texas to the rest of the US = $
7.00-7.21 is the reason this man is successful. i am the same way, problem with a lot of business owners is they always worried about making there money first and then paying folks, better yet delaying folks pay. any successful business unless your doing it yourself, if you don't unconditonally priortize your employees, you not gonna make it in the long haul. props too you man, i thought i was the only one, taking L in a day, but still paying my employees the same, because end of the day as an owner i feel its my problem i didnt make a profit that day not theres. same goes if you have a busy day, and an employee all of a sudden ask for a raise, or say this is extra work, then he or she got too go, because it works both ways.
Love the video. I'm going to look them up. I'm an O/O in Charleston working the ports and rail. I know a lot of O/O that would love to run dedicated freight from Charleston. Imma share this video. I pray we connect. Yah bless. Shalom
@@trucknhustle One more question… Besides your content and videos… Do you have a mentorship program or offer personal classes? If so, then how can I reach out? Maybe even a referral?
This UA-cam algorithm is trash I haven’t seen notifications or this channel in a minute. I just thought about the channel and saw you was still posting smh.

I’m faced with brokers that JUST want the cheapest truck, not good/reliable/dependable work!
Having your own shop in this industry, is a GRAND move💪🏽

Getting your own shop these days isn’t easy either.
I agree. And nothing worth having is easy.
SC has been going crazy lately, so happy to see nothing but great things coming out of my home State!!!!
