nope cause unlike maxi boost on, full boost is not released for localization.
its a modded full boost for extra suits, some updated movesets, new burst options, playable bosses, and extra stages.

Hi, what graphics card were you using to play?
vega integrated graphics of 5600g. it pretty much gets the job done. if you have a dedicated gpu you should be fine cause rpcs3 focus more on cpu cores atleast 6

not really and it depends on your internet on how long the necessary files will be downloaded for the mod. but for the most part its kind of a breeze. just make sure to follow the instructions
