This right here is why I love Palworld. They’ve found the perfect niche right between Pokemon and Digimon. I always loved the digital world of Digimon building their own society mimicking what they’ve seen over media from the human world. If Palworld combines that with the trainer/catcher role play similar to Pokemon, this franchise is unstoppable.

Trainer as in building your pals competency and raising them into their top potential - this has been done across multiple IPs and lores. That and possibly a title of rancher, explorer, but most importantly maybe even “founder”. I like the idea that you’ve come to save this world of creatures from itself and create a society for them to grow in. Now of course you can take this the complete opposite direction down a dark path and go full “Digimon Emperor” on this world, enslaving all Pals you come across as they become yours to neglect and mistreat. This game truly gives you more opportunities with what to do with than many others in this sphere of gaming. And much like Baldur’s Gate 3 is the exact type of gaming I love. Make the experience of the game YOURS to decide provided the developers have the competency to make. 👍
Personally, I would love to see these Pals also appear in other franchises, even ones prior to 2024, say Blade Runner, Brave New World, Empire of the Ants The Giant Spider Invasion, Arcade Games, or other franchises including movies, tv shows, music videos, and video game franchises to name a few.
While it doesn't happen in the mainline games, they do actually make houses in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, but "making houses" isn't exactly something that can be patented. Crying about that would be stupid.

Bruh, it was Anubis. Even in the game lore he's considered a token of death. One does not get modelled and named after the Egyptian God of the Underworld and then made weak :D And yea he can solo most base raids.

@deadlydingus1138 not at all. I just build my bases in places enemies physically cannot reach for the most part. Building on mountains if you pick the right spots leaves no place for enemies to spawn and thus you won't get raided meaning you don't need actual defenses.

I love it, It's like the 3 little pigs with the straw house, the wood house and the brick house. You got the wood house the stone house and the metal house. Where the first two houses didn't survive but the third one did.
Anubis interestingly is the only Pal to have statues across the entire map, compared to the "legendaries" who only have 1 statue in dedicated areas. Is Anubid the overall revered legendary for the Pals?
yes please. all tiles need additional pieces to make building more detailed. More windows, smaller roofs, side pieces. Instead we are rewarded with a glass wall with an open window. WHAT xD
I can't get enough of these. Pockerpair really knows how to please us with their animations and shorts. If they ever do an anime, I'm all for watching it multiple times whenever it's completed.
Also i wonder if in the future we will be able to explore underwater, like, enter in some ruins underwater with a swing equipament and use the water type pal's that can swin as a way to go fater underwater, it would be very cool to explore a ancient ruin underwater and find a legendary protecting the treasure room of that ruin and have a epic battle underwater
Just seeing what you all over at Pocketpair are capable of is absolutely fantastic, it just comes to show that Pokemon truly has nothing that can stop you for doing what you are doing, and once again, you all have nailed it at the animations. I hope that 1 day, we can see Arsox, Sootseer, Petallia, and some of the other Pals that we don't get to see as often in a Palworld animated video. Anyways, take care now Pocketpair.
Adorable! Kinda made me wish we had another building parts tier. High Tech looking Hexolite building parts would be nice. A bit jarring to wear high tech armor and using futuristic looking smelter in a rusty scrap metal and stone base.
To be fair, look at Ark's Tek Tier materials and answer how it doesn't look too far out of place from that analogy in a forest background (Island) or a literal desert (Scorched and Ragnarok).
@Quiet_Ketsuki while Ark's Tek building parts aren't the best looking, it is possible to incorporate them in the landscape, it's up to the player to do so. At the end of the day, if you can't get it to look good, just mask it as a different material.
In my eyes...that is very unfortunate. I was hoping that I was going to see Anubis smirk at the humans, then pull a lever opening several cages, filled with Lovander. Then Anubis, and his new friends could all watch, as the Lovander swarm the humans.... Lucky humans....they were so cruel, so evil....they don't deserve to be swarmed by Lovanders...

I can't relate, my level 25 butt was chilling around the twilight dunes and a level 47 Anubis nut-job one-shot my Chillet! I barely made it out alive! I plan on beating that inflated-ego dumbo into the ground (with my Chillet of course, she needs her revenge) or catch it.
Got that feeling they are saying like they did with mineing materials each pal can mine certain level of materials and now that each pal will be able to build certain teirs of structures. If I remember, they said say that they want pals to be able to build the buildings to make it harder to build, adding more time to the game to slow people down.

If they actually add the ability for wild Pals to gather materials and make their own little areas if they stay alive long enough, the sales and love for this game will skyrocket ❤
Also I love the detail.of the Tamer running around with (imo) the least intimidating faction while she clearly has the armor (and thus probably the weapons) to deal with them. It leads me to believe they are faction members she captured and she's trying to train them to be tougher. Either that or she is just trolling them every step of the way.
