Thank you for the video! For percentage yield is it the concentration, moles or mass were concerned with, and for atom economy is it only mass were concerned with?
Yes! Sorry that I didn't mention this. Due to the equation involving 'mass' rather than 'Mr', we essentially need to use the equation m=nxMr and then just assume the moles = the molar coefficient. for example, 2CH3OH in an equation will have a mass of (2 x 32) grams. Hope that clears things up! :)
Well spotted! I meant to include this in the mass concentration part of the video since it's the same equation (density = mass/vol.) but forgot, sorry about that! Do keep it in mind for your exam :)

can i use this for ocr a aswell
Yeah. I have an OCR specific one coming soon :)
THANK YOU
should coefficient be included in atom economy equations or not?

I think u forgot density = mass/ volume

can this apply to ocr b?
It should do yeah :) the maths doesn't change across exam boards. Do some past paper amount of substance questions from OCRB to be sure
@@easymodeexams33 thank you very much!
boring voice - so students did not retain attention to the video. Disappointing
The analytics beg to differ... Are you a teacher or a student?
Completely disagree 😂 easymodeexams is one of the few UA-camrs who I can actually pay attention to
@@ar-mo7xc much love
@@easymodeexams33 ignore that hater. You've been probably my favourite youtuber when it comes to explaining A Level Chemistry.
Just because you wanna hear Mr Beast screaming and your attention span is cooked doesnt mean its the same for the rest of us.
