Idk if people realize he was pushing to be more aggressive towards crims rather than being good to them, and what he mostly advocates for is getting backup which will lead to crims saying this is cop stacking or the famous sentence "whole pd for this?"
To be fair, he and his other officers were getting shot at when requesting backup. It’s the same type of shit with Ruth, you might not agree with everything they do or how aggressive they are about it. But at some point you need someone to be the ‘bad guy’ when everyone is just holding each others dicks thinking their shit don’t stink

If you look at everything from an OOC perspective, I'm guessing Moonmoon is doing a complete 180 with his characters (Dab and Lenny) where as Dab is being more serious and pro-government compared to his Terror arc in 3.0. Where as Lenny is seeing how flawed the system is, and realizing it's his duty to fix it by any means
