This mod is amazing! Just seeing Hulk Hogan, Jeff Hardy, Billy Gunn, etc. in the game is fantastic. What would make this mod even better is if they included Jeff's original HCTP model, and Billy Gunn's "Mr. Ass" attire.
Can't speak for the Mr. Ass attire, but like all of the other beta content featured in this game, he does plan to add Jeff's HCTP model once he obtains it. I've been waiting years for that very moment.

THQ had no choice but to remove him from the roster, which is sad because Jeff's beta model looked amazing, and this game is one of the best wrestling games ever IMO.

He's also said that he worked on these because he feels elements from preview footage, screenshots and builds of each game got unfairly taken out, such as in Here Comes the Pain where Benjamin and Haas has their Team Angle ring gear and tracksuits taken out before release, as well as all the wrestlers from Shut Your Mouth that didn't make it to HCTP like Regal and Hogan. Yes, I understand the games have gone way downhill since the end of the SVR series, but that isn't the underlying cause of Scott Jay's mod. Just thought I'd correct you on why.
I love watching you guys play HCTP because when this game came out I wasn't even born yet. I was born in 2006 and by the time I could understand how to play video games, the PS2 was gone.
The people that have the "wrong" music, from what I recall from Scott's video, have their other music still in the game so you can go and change it. Austin, and maybe others, have three themes in the game (but that doesn't matter with Austin as he has is best theme by default 😁)

Well the WWE RAW series got shafted quality wise, and i had an original Xbox so i only had RAW and RAW 2 which i liked at the time but can't see why nowadays
so this has 3 different things 1. characters that were made for the game, and removed before release 2. characters that had different attires that were shown in beta and not included 3. characters that fit this era but weren't in, but were in smackdown shut your mouth
this is a guess, but i think that it has to do with the different lighting in the games? maybe the way the lighting was set up is different in the games so they reflect off the models differently?
It's a combination of both. They are SYM models and supposedly they use different shaders. Basically they're shiny because modders haven't figured out how to make them the same as HCTP's.
