    Great video as always
    You did forget to mention about disconnect steering column

      You are correct, but it is not a step by step tutorial. But YES, good point, the steering column has to be disconnected, I believe it is a 12mm bolt for that under the pedals. ;)

      @@MrNiceGuy94 And a 10mm bolt inside the car that holds the steering column onto the spline. Put a mark where the steering column slides onto the splines, it makes reassembly so much easier.

    Hi, I don’t have dpf light on, but notice dpf regene is forced after 150-160km, no matter city or highway driving. Can resetting the dpf and clear the fault codes 1, 2 or 3 time will help me to clean the dpf?

    You don't remove the windscreen shield? For the 10 minutes this takes, it makes access to the dpf and turbo from the top sooooo much easier.

      It wasn't that difficult even without removing the windscreen shield, but more room you have easier the job gets ;)

    Having issues with a 2014 Mazda 6 I recently bought. Had it a week before it started randomly going into limp mode. Only code I get is the P2262 code, have changed the pressure sensor which everywhere said was causing it but the fault still persists. The car can drive fine for ages or it will do it after a couple miles, no consistency in how far I can drive before it faults again. Any advice? Thanks

    Hi there. I've noticed that my wastegate actuator between the small and large turbo is operating between 17% and 86%, even when the ECU's desired value is 0% or 100%. Is this normal? Do any of you experience the same thing? Best regards

    Does the turbo have to be replaced when the bolt of the wastegate flap breaks? Can it be repaired at all?

    • @MrNiceGuy94
      @MrNiceGuy94  3 дні тому

      if the turbine wheel is not damaged you can just fix the wastegate flap

      Depending on how it failed,some cases the bolt can damage the impellers and than the turbo has to be replaced regardless.
