Andy bud, "SEND IN THE DRONES" I cannot Thank You enough for the calm your channel and the People in it brings me, a calm that I really appreciate and NEED in my life, Thank You Andy, Allie,Lenny, Andy's Dad and Mom, and you know I cannot leave you out Katie 😊👋, hope you all have a great day and an awesome season 🙌🤠👋
No other farming channel compares with yours. The content and quality is unmatched. You are articulate when speaking and you’re a great spokesman for agriculture. Farming and ranching is all I ever wanted to do but failed health before the age of 20 made it impossible. I’m past retirement now and live my dreams through your content. Thanks for all the hard work. I hope your channel rises to the top of the hill. With my kindest regards.
Just amazing filming. I really enjoy watching all the videos on this channel. It makes me think I can be a farmer, then I remember I have no equipment, land, or knowledge. hahahahaha
Found your channel a couple months ago! Love your content! Finally have watched all of your videos from the beginning. Your subscribers are growing steadily. Hope you make it big time.
Excellent Awesome will be on our big screen in office beautiful to watch day after day we are a small farmer but seeing this video thank you very much 😊 for the time you put into this and your family thank you God bless you and family Happy Holidays and a good 2022 season can't wait 🌽🌽🌽🌽🌽😊😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍
TOTALLY TOTALLY AWSOME ANDY!!! What a great review of the season from the dry dusty conditions in the spring to the wet muddy fields in the final weeks of the fall harvest. Your drone shots along with the editing is nothing but exceptional. If you every get fired 😱😳 from your farming job you most definitely could have a career in drone filming, editing and music selection. Live Long and Prosper my friend!
The drone footage has always been one of my strong suites. It is really cool to see all of the segments from the season stacked together. It was quite the ride… thanks for watching!
Hello just stumbled onto your videos today and watched several of them I’m from the area and a farm employee / truck driver awesome job with the drone footage would like to know what drone you are using or drones I currently fly a couple DJI Mini’s
The sprayer, liquid nitrogen bar and tractor, helicopter, spray plane, and 9620RX with NH3 bar were not ours. All of the planting, harvesting, and tillage belongs to us. For the property, we own the largest majority of what we farm.
@@aTrippyFarmer Thanks, that was a whole lotta good lookin Green Iron, and the property also looked nice. Are you now on a prolonged and undeserved vacation somewhere down South where it's warm? "Nothing Runs Like A Deere" 🦌👍🇺🇸
Always masterful. Your vids might “go” further faster if you slow down the content releases? Just a thought… People don’t know the pace you’re working at. Only you and your colleagues really do.
I have already slowed them down quite a bit compared to last year. The videos are uploaded every other day, but the work was nearly daily for weeks. I am afraid that the videos would run way too far into the off season…
@@aTrippyFarmer I guess that is a tough balance to find when you’re farm is doing so much. It is almost a journal documenting you’re families work. Hard to make things episodic when the party never stops eh?
@@dsauce8780 that is very true. Spreading the videos out gives me a ton of flexibility when things slow down. I don’t have to force content if it rains for a week if I have 2 weeks of uploads backlogged. Winter is a struggle, though, because nothing too interesting occurs.
@@aTrippyFarmer I bet. I’m just speaking up bc I know people like your content and you don’t want to give the people too much of what they want!!! Keep killin it!
This was all with the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom. I like the DJI flying interface, but I wish I had a controller with a built-in screen(expensive). The zoom feature is nice, especially for a beginner. However, I think the footage from the Mavic 2 Pro is so much better, especially when the light level is low. They are both good drones.
That about covers it. Very nice Andy.
This will be a huge hit! Look at that gorgeous Illinois farm!

Awesome editing to fit the entire season start to finish

Thanks, Jeff. That really means a lot. I hope that I can continue to provide interesting and educational content!
Once again Andy has outdone himself on the drone footage 👍. What a change in field conditions from beginning of harvest to end🌧🌧

Wow, now that is an epic montage! 2021 went by fast.
Yes it sure did. No shortage of interesting moments!
well done

Now that harvest is over and tillage is complete are you going to give us some harvest data?
Yes of course!
Thanks
Where did 2021 go?!! Love the new ending sequence on the videos. Really like the music. Where did you find it?
Thank you! The music comes from a music service that provides music licensing without copyright issues. I use artlist and epidemic sound.
Does Autosteer guide you around the utility poles during tillage? Or was it good ‘ol fashioned talent?
That is all hand-steered. I believe the field cultivator clip during planting was my sister, Katie!
Farming is Awesome! Keep up the good work! Have you done seed population tests? High population vs low and if so, what types of soil?

That was an awesome collage! How many acres do you guys cover (custom and land your family owns/rents)?
Great video. Great equipment. Would love to run those green beasts. How many acres do you farm?
3250
A couple thousand acres!
Great job in all aspects, professional work. One question, how did you convince the chopper pilot to fly the drone when he was in the air Lol?
Haha I was flying the drone from the road. I checked with him to see if it was okay, and he didn't have a problem with it!
Nice drone work Trippy, good montage.
May I ask how much of the equipment and property is y'alls? 🤔

Awsome job. What's the reason of corn row to be planted in a given direction? Is it field accsess, wind, sun. Always wondered that.
For us, it usually has to do with the direction of water flow. We try to do our best to slow the water down by planting perpendicular to that pattern.
Late best one yes😈
