I would love a B350 motherboard VRM comparison if at all possible. It may be helpful for non-LN2 overclocking. And while I do like your GPU guides, there isn't a whole lot of benefit for most users.
I bought an msi 390x 8gb card. It died. It was the first piece of hardware I owned that actually "died". I replaced it with a new one. That card also died after 4 months. It wasn't a failing mobo or power supply.
You should take a look at their 290x Lightning thats real insane overkill, I got a stand under it to keep it from breaking my pci-e slot. Ohh you know already at the end.
I have this card. :) It works very nice and I have also an MSi motherboard Z77A-GD65...please a breakdown to it, because it is flawless until now 4year old.
I have a good few of these cards in servers, I'd be happy to provide photos but I only have older ones, my newest cards are the firpro V7900 and Quadro K4000
Are you sure that auxiliary voltage is for the memory controller? Would bumping up aux voltage stabilize memory overclocks? I thought that raising Vcore helped with memory stability... Hard to find info on what Vaux actually does
Always a pleasant moment to watch your "Let's have a close look at this naked PCB" videos. By the way, your explanations and comments are valuables. (my wife love your voice!)
Can you do some motherboard PCB breakdowns? Cus motherboard manufacturers only boast about their RGB and one click overclocking features on their product pages.
lol own a bunch of these cards just to beat them up with crypto mining =P its weird though because some of the chokes turn like... oily? they become discolored on the side. Maybe thats just the liquid from the thermal pad... idk. the cooler is amazing (quiet and has the fan off at low load thing) though the actual fuck was MSI thinking to double up three phases
thank you so much for this video this is the card ive been runing for over a year and love it
Great job Buildzoid. I really enjoy your content brother. This shit fascinates me.
own a msi r9 390, good to know it is arguable the best as far as 390s go
I would be very happy to see a video like this for 1080 ti MSI ARMOR OC.
thank you

It's just impossible to find a waterblock for this thing nowadays
When I buy msi it turns out to be s#*t. When I buy SAPPHIRE, msi turns out to be better, go figure.
I still don't like msi!
lol same, I was so annoyed

I have missing some parts
still know the thermal pad thickness for the vrms?
I was told the MSI version of the R9 390 series was very similar to the R9 290 lightning edition was I misinformed? Thank you for your awesome videos
It's VERY different. The Lightning is still better.
Yeah. The Lightning is overbuilt to the bones. But this one is still great.
I need the two capacitors that are in the left corner, I can't find them anywhere, there is no information about them. It says so, 509 / PF / 160/16
WOULD YOU CONSIDER WORKING ON A R9 390 IF THE 850 WATT PSU DONT FIX MY PROBLEM? PLEASE
Hey there buildzoid, is there any chance you can do PCB breakdown for some of the pro gpus like radeon pro/firepro or nvidia quadro?
I have a good few of these cards in servers, I'd be happy to provide photos but I only have older ones, my newest cards are the firpro V7900 and Quadro K4000
Tilen Benda that would be interesting, even if he just did a few to compare them to the gaming cards
Where i can found the remplace component Q513 mosfet IR631166F1404??
Were can I find a chematic diagram msi r9 390?

Read that this card has a locked voltage?
beat my old 290 on 1250 mhz on water nice card but its dieing slowly after 6 years of service
The 290 is 4 years old not 6.
Rly feels like 6 but your right ok actually its only 3.5years but iam waiting for vega
i was like wtf its older than my 7950 lmao
Would it be possible to use liquid metal (gallium + some other stuff) or thermal compound with the IRF6877 and IRF6894?
Will mem controler die instantly on 1.275v or it needs to be loaded first?

please do B350 motherboards
Hi, good night could you inform me the screen printing of the memory driver near the 8-pin connector? the acronym is IOR something
MY CARD! I have used +100 aux. Is +50 reasonably safe buildzoid?
plz review the pcb of the zotac 1080ti amp extreme

Third!
