It could be that he’s ill due to his mental health. He’s been doing so much to distract himself from the trauma, he needed to rest and physical illness was the only way for that to happen .

And in the second couples you can see that how sky was scared what his ex did to him which left him totally traumatized and how prapai was there to comfort him....... Also the way story represents the sad truth about the boy who are bounded to hide to hide there becz if they dont they will be called weak...... I trully want every sky and rain in this world give the same comfort like payu and prapai😔🤚......
