Brother! I could watch this video 1975 times!!! Thanks for another incredible D-Tour, makes me miss all the days working in Boston before I moved to 603. Excellent Video - Cheers!
Derek, you’re fabulous! Finally getting around to watching your vids and you are perfect for it! It’s so nice to see your personality shine on screen. Looking forward to many more and sharing them w my kids too! 😊
I said it before and Ill say it again. You are absolutely KILLING it with the summer DTours! Just made it out to an aquarium in my area last week but this one was on another level. 🤘🔥
Great video Derek , thanks for letting us come along . I'm like you I really enjoy listening to the street music 🎶 Have a Great Day Brother Can't hardly wait till October my favorite time of the year !! Be careful out there and be BLESSED Brother !
This was so much fun! Sorry you didn’t get to see sharks at the aquarium, but the whale watching made up for it. It was beautiful watching them make an appearance. There have been a lot of shark sittings here on Long Island beaches… someone even got bit out at Rockaway beach in Queens (where I used to go as a kid/teenager)… Last year someone put a video up that while on their boat, the boat next to them got bumped by a whale out off of Jones Beach Long Island… Crazy stuff lol… Thanks for the fun DTour!
Hey Brew Dub. Yeah man, you gotta take that whale watch. It’s pretty fun. I’m gonna start a tradition of doing one every Summer going forward. Thanks for watching pal🐋
@DTours yep going from the 13th to 27th staying in dorchester and plan at least 5 days just for salem the rest in boston/six flags/stevie nix concert. Hoping to bump into you somewhere along the way.
@@metalseraphim4881 I’ll probably be in Salem on 9/23 for the Craft Beer and Food Truck Festival. Which I believe is the same day at the Billy Joel/Stevie Nicks show.
derek we need to goto rhode island and eat some gaggers aka ny system weiners. I live in brockton but grew up in RI..I could also show you some great spots in brockton. we gotta get you on some food tours. My mothers ex boyfriends father was the dr in jaws...its my favorite movie.
The Mendon Twin Drive-in shows Jaws every Labor Day Weekend. I haven't gone the last 4 years because I'm in a nursing home, trying to learn how to walk again, but, before that, I went 5 years in a row. It usually played with Back To The Future or Jurassic Park as the second feature. It didn't matter because 90% of the cars left after Jaws was over. Then in 2018, to shake things up, they showed Back To The Future first then Jaws second. Everyone stayed for that. Now, Mendon does a Dusk To Dawn Horror marathon every October. I got upset when they showed The real Dawn Of The Dead 2 years ago. The first time I saw Dawn Of The Dead was when I was 15 years old in 1981. I saw it at the Medford Quad Drive-in with The Groove Tube and Kentucky Fried Movie. I saw Jaws for the first time in 1979, when it was re-released. My mother didn't let me see it before because it was gory. In fact, I saw Jaws 2 first in 1978. It opened the same day as Grease. I saw Jaws 2 on the 4th Of July because everything was rained out. I saw Jaws theatrically 3 times in '79, first at the VFW Drive-in then twice at my local theater. Then, starting in 2015, I saw it wherever it played. I saw it as a double feature with Piranha at the Somerville Theater. The print was struck in 1975, but looked like it was struck the previous week. That was when I knew that Jaws has to be experienced in a movie theater. I bought the Blu Ray when it first came out and redeemed the digital code to Vudu. I watched it in HD, but it looked like UHD even though that hadn't been released yet.
