Thanks for this. I am currently on my intermediate placement. Its good to know the qualities of a practice educator - to be supportive and work collaboratively. My experience on this placement fluctuates from my educator being friendly to unfortunately cutting comments to me, about the size of my bag! Which is the same capacity as hers. I have to write a halfway report and I may mention I've researched into the role/ qualities of a practice educator.
