Beautiful homes, but would be very cautious buying a Coventry home or a home built by their parent company Dream Finder Homes right now. Unlike their nearest public rivals, Dream Finder has lost over 53% of their value over the last five years due to what appears to be poor management and general high-risk mistakes... You can compare their stock value to their rivals Lennar and Pulte. I think Coventry's product looks nicer and is overall a better product than those builders, but If analyst are correct about the continued decline of home values over the next six months, unfortunately Dream Finder Homes are primed for a 2023 buyout or more likely bankruptcy!!! This happened before in the late 2000s, do your own research but it's likely to happen again, albeit hopefully on a smaller scale with contractors and builders going bust and Dream Finder is one in the red for sure. They've just already taken too many losses and made too many big bets to sustain during the bust and anyone building a home through them if they do go bankrupt is primed to loose deposits or have a worthless structural warranty.
