The girl talking another language was talking danish and she was saying “What do you get when you put a fish in spring water, a laughing fish” it’s because in danish the word representing spring water is basically tickling water. But it doesn’t make sense if you translate it to English so imagine sprint water is the same as tickling water then the joke makes sense.
