IMO 2020 and newer fully loaded, convenience and premium packages, Nissan TITAN "XD" Pro4x for with under 30K miles and wait for it.....can be had for under $46K if yah look hard enough. I know, got mine under $45K and with low production numbers and abysmal sales, titan making less than 1% of total market shares, I'm confident this machine will be a jewel and will pay me back and more in about 10 years. Additionally, Nissan has the best warranty game in the truck business. This 5/8ths ton truck is the best truck in the segment! All around pick up. Triple threat: tow/haul, off roader, every day driver. Very undervalued at the moment.
Agree with Roman 100 percent. If manufactures try pulling that crap I will not buy their product and go to the company that doesn’t do that BS.
Out in Colorado you have a lot more consideration than in the northeast. Up here in CT... we fire the snow blower up at 5AM to get cleared for work. Nobody got time for 8 am
There should be a setting for selecting from the stock tire sizes and other variables they should be able to set such as pinion factor. It might just take finding a dealer willing to work on it. If anything it's more of a liability to leave it incorrect. It took my Jeep dealer a couple tries to get the speedometer on my old Jeep Patriot accurate but they did.
The first dealer I went to only knew about the first setting
How did you track miles? Odometer is off so anything using that will be off as well. It would have been easy enough to use a correction factor to get the correct mileage.
Roman coming from a 4th gen ram owner it’s not that crazy to do the light there’s a hatch in the wheel well to get to the back bolt of the light and the grille is easy to remove or you can do it without removing the grille if you got a long extension and a magnet. Unless they changed something on the new “classics” it’s a fairly easy job.
Congratulations Andre, it's awesome to hear that wentzville is building your new truck, I'm in ofallon which is right next door. I'm sure they will build you an excellent truck and I hope you and your family enjoy it and I can't wait to see videos about the truck. I would like to hear how the truck performs while towing your boat😊
I'm very excited to see that yall will have a TFL Colorado! I've never been interested in the Colorado until this newest generation and now it is on my short list! I hope to see you do all of the towing tests on this truck as it's a big reason I'm leaning towards the Colorado or Canyon over the other V6 midsize trucks. I'm hoping to purchase sometime this summer or fall and am leaning towards the new Colorado or the yet to be unveiled new Ranger (Hurry up Ford!!)
I’d wait till the new taco comes out before you make a decision.
It’s not a v6 anymore it’s a 2.7l 4 cylinder turbo
the 5th Gen headlights are a pain to change. But the 4th Gen RAM headlight take like 10 minutes. Specially If you are swapping out the whole headlight.
Andre, I know you’ve sold your truck but for future reference for Ford vehicles you can just use a free program called Forscan. You have to buy a dongle. But those are very cheap. And using that program you can easily change many options including tire size. 👍
I agree on the deal breakers on the ram, but on my 2020 2500 they have an access panel in the wheel well that you open, took less than 5 minutest to replace both headlights with LED's and they are much much brighter, and I love them, also on the tailgate the dealer option for the dampened tail gate is crazy when you can purchase the DEEZEE dampner and again it takes about 10 mintues to install.
I wouldn't have guessed a midsize. Congrats Andre!
Ok Roman and Andre your friendship seems like Roman say silly stuff and then giggles while Andre has a tiny freak out lol 😂 love it!
I bought a two stage ego snowblower. Was 1500 bucks. Had a bunch of snow multiple weeks in a row, bought it and now haven’t gotten any snow in a while. So mad! I want a blizzard
This was fantastic! Enjoyed watching while preparing dinner and then all the stuff for breakfast for tomorrow morning. This was on par for sure!! Thank you both! And dude with the slide - in: Buy the dually with the 6.7 diesel.
I must say, the redesign looks nice. The interior of the new generation looks excellent. That engine in the truck should be a little rocket. But as someone who just switched from a mid-sized to a full-sized truck, I couldn't imagine going back. I like the color choice, though! Life is too short for boring colored cars!
I have a full sized truck and recently looked at a mid-size. I could not live with a mid size, particularly due to interior room.
Good luck with an electric snow blower. I'd practically give mine away.
Congrats on the Colorado. I got a '22 Ranger because I did not like the '21 Colorado seating position and the Colorado power train was not a 4-cyl turbo, yet.
Awesome news. I'm very excited for all the videos related to this. I'm a Chevrolet person, so seeing long term updates on this is very exciting for me.
getting the box spray lined from the factory,or doing it on your own.what about a cover for the box from factory.
Always good information on here for trucks and it’s appreciated. Thanks guys
At first I was thinking heavy duty truck for Andre. Great choice I like the new Colorado's. However Andre I think you would be better off with the GMC Canyon at4. It has LED lights and not a lot of black in the grill. I'm currently waiting for the GM twins to come out for more testing I'm also excited for the new Nissan Frontier
Bicycle computers have been able to give correct speed and distance by inputing the the wheel/tire size for many years now. It would be very easy for the truck manufacturers to do something similar . . . if they wanted to.
Have to say haven’t watched one video of the hummer ev. Since it’s a truck I would never buy I don’t really care to watch any videos about it. As matter fact I fast forwarded to you guys talking about the Colorado.
I was going to order this exact truck - except in red - a few weeks ago. I called all the dealers in my local area and all were charging a market adjustment of $3000 on average. I finally called a dealer several hundred miles away and they said they'd order one for me at MSRP. I thought about it and decided I'd just wait.
I think the new Trail Boss looks like a good value considering current offerings, but I'm just sick of putting up with dealers, so I'll wait.
Congrats on your purchase! Looking forward to your reviews and seeing if this is a good truck. If it is I'll buy one in 2030 when I can find one used!
Forscan allows for tire size changes or a tuning device can do it
Excited for when you get it Andre! Appreciate TFL's commitment to the consumer and really calling out the greed that is the manufacture / stealership process. Subscriptions to use any component of a vehicle is greedy.
T F L is now testing lawn mowers and snow blowers. Can’t wait to see those videos. Are you guys going to test rototillers, chainsaws and weed wickers too? T F L yard channel coming soon.
I like that it comes with that full size truck engine.
Can you guys provide updates as you learn more about when you should receive it? Curious how long these orders are realistically taking.
Congratulations! knew it was gonna be a Colorado based on the yellow clue you gave. Your daughter may be upset if she's in the back, given the next gen has even less rear leg room than the previous gen, but time will tell. Looking forward to the new truck videos! Enjoy!
Thank you for the feedback.
Wait is this true? Less legroom? 👎
The Colorado looks amazing and may be a truck I'd like to have. But, with family and towing a fifth wheel, I have to stick around with the Cummins for a while. You should at least test drive one for a day or two.
TFL you guys do a great job. Love your videos. I would like to see some more realistic testing as I believe most of the consumers who buy these vehicles use them for family vehicles in suburban areas. Not necessarily for pulling, and operating 7000’ above sea level. How about some testing in family conditions? Hauling cargo, dogs, kids, parking at the grocery store, passing power, stability at highway speeds. This is what my trucks encounter everyday as well as many…
It will be interesting to see if you miss your Powerboost
I do miss the Powerboost already.
Easiest way to make sure your snowblower starts every winter. Just start it 3-4 times throughout the year for 10-15 minutes.
Congratulations dude. I really really like the new Colorado. I had the first gen and really liked it until quality stuff started getting annoying. These new ones are beast.
So.. the Nitro yellow metallic.. I want it but on verge getting harvest bronze metallic instead.. I love the Nitro yellow I'm scared it will look school bus yellow.. lot said it was more gold which is good.. I see pictures but not sure how accurate are
Roman i am on the East Coast and have been rocking an Electric/Battery powered lawn mower for years. I also have an Electric snow blower and a Hybrid snow shovel/blower that I keep in my suv. Nothing on the planet worse than getting plowed in by a snow plow.
Andre when are the Compact Pickups going Hybrid ?
When is the Hybrid version of the Santa Cruz coming out?
A AWD Hybrid would sell very well
Andre I hope the family fits in the Colorado but I foresee you going back to a full size truck in 6 months after you receive it. I don’t believe they will fit. I’m 6’6” and no way can my kids fit in the back seat of a mid size vehicle. I think you will find the same issue. Us tall people get screwed in this manner. It’s just part of being tall unfortunately.
A few observatory comments. First, congrats Andre on the new truck. When you first said yellow I squinted like yuk. When I saw the picture I actually liked it! Secondly, on a humorous note, when Roman said he bought 5 things for Andre and Nathan to figure out and install, I started laughing wondering if LED lights were one of those 5 things considering how difficult they will be to replace! I can’t wait to find out lol. Thirdly, do you know what the difference in price would be for a similarly equipped full size truck vs the Colorado? And lastly, personally, I hate that Hummer. It’s an over weight useless vehicle! It cost a fortune, and it’s hauling and towing capability is pathetic. In addition, what is the depreciation going to amount to in selling or trading it in given the cost to replace the battery that will be no longer new when it’s sold or traded in? Have a great day guys and great video by the way!
Congrats on the new truck Andre, I never would have guessed you'd go with a midsize truck. I have to ask, did you add the red recovery hooks?
Awesome choice..great job..
I fully support the urine test in the DEF tank 🤣🤣🤣
I never liked Roman and his goofy humour, but in this video I got to admit that when he's just talking like a normal person he's actually interesting to listen to and gives a lot of useful information that normally you only would've hear from a friend or acquaintance that has the vehicle (or tool/machine) that you want
I think you can tune the trail boss to 430 lb tork. Extra charge
He said a slide in camper, not a trailer. He better check his payload or he could be a UA-cam star like the man with the Ram!
I have a something you guys might want to look into. Maybe you don’t, but at my job which is at a road commission, we have 3 2500 hd gmc sierras and 2 3500 Chevrolets. All of those trucks have the 6.6 liter gas engine. Everyone of them are burning oil. The Chevrolets are first gen 6.6 gas engines and they are burning 5 quarts plus an oil change. The gmcs are last years model and they are burning 2 quarts an oil change already. Non of these truck have more than 20,000 miles on them. And the gmcs just had there first oil change. Not good in my opinion.
Like your new apple watch ultra Roman
So Andre needs a raise for his new Top Truck Guy designation?
I’m excited to see it when it comes in.
I love the new Colorado, except for that turbo 4 cylinder.
Love you guys and Bens show. Been with you guys from your first days. I had a hummer and an avalanche back in the bush era days. As soon as gm did the government buy out I sold both trucks and have never given my money to gm again and I have bought at least 18 new trucks and cars in the last 15 years. I will never get a rivian because of how they treated you guys so screw them and how once again the way gm treated you guys it just reinforced by boycotting gm over a decade ago. I was actually considering breaking my gm boycott and buying a zr2 Colorado because I just sold my 2019 pickup! I will get another gladiator, ram,or titan. I have had 3 pro4x titans and several ram trucks and I loved the gladiator, put 50,000 on that truck in a year. Thanks for the intel boys you guys always help me make my decisions on my truck purchases. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS. ALWAYS BE UPFRONT AND HONEST WITH US ,THAT IS WHY YOU GUYS ARE THE TOPS IN YOUR INDUSTRY. And I love that Roman doesn't put up with any CRAP he would standup to Elon if he didn't like what was going on. Great job you guys and Andre is my second favorite Russian on the planet. Sorry Andre but I have an old buddy who came here from Russia 25 years ago,his name is Boris and he is one of the most pro freedom guys I know.
Curious how you fit 4' sheets of material with the way the sheetmetal curves in at the front of the bed. Please show a video of how that works.
Nothing beats gas equipment. Sorry just like cars i can go non stop all day without stopping.
No down time. Also if you maintenance you gas equipment after every use and before storing when ever spring time comes it starts right away.
If tou neglect your cars/tools it wont work like its supposed to.
But drills and saws and anything tool wise that is great battery powered.
Currently at 22:30, my guess is Z71
Where is David?
The BIG DEAL ON BOTH the Chevy Colorado AND the GMC Canyon is the MUCH IMPROVED INTERIOR! The tech features are OUTSTANDING in these latest models. They just look so much better than the previous model years. In fact, if I were TOYOTA, I would be looking a lot harder at improving the interior of the Tacoma with much more tech at a good price for the average worker. YES! The Toyota is the sales leader because of the perceived long-term reliability along with great 4x4 ability ......BUT...... this status quo is being CHALLENGED by multiple manufacturers who actually ARE NOW ABLE to nip at the heels of Toyota with good products! Does the Colorado have ENOUGH 4x4 ability and tech features to take more and more sales FROM the Toyota Tacoma at all trim levels? In january 2023, I have to give the answer as a MAYBE!
It now depends upon AVAILABLE FINANCING OPTIONS for people of all credit levels from the manufacturer that can offer an AFFORDABLE, if not significantly LOWER monthly payment versus the Toyota Tacoma! If Chevy (aka GM) can offer the in-house financing from GMAC (General Motors Acceptance Corporation) or the dealer-arranged financing COMBINED WITH a good and inexpensive comprehensive vehicle insurance package at a good interest rate at a long-enough term to keep costs much less than the Toyota THEN Chevy (and even GMC with the Canyon!) will have a TRUE WINNER against the Toyota Tacoma at all trim levels!
Financing IS KEY TODAY! The manufacturer that makes good trucks with decent interior comfort and tech along with good 4x4 off-road ability at a VERY AFFORDABLE MONTHLY PAYMENT to the average worker WILL BE THE SALES WINNER !!! And this AFFORDABILITY ISSUE will be ever more important within the next five years! Manufacturers MUST make trucks more affordable on a monthly basis and that includes offering a FULL financing package for BOTH the vehicle itself BUT ALSO a decent monthly-financed combined-with-the-truck-payment comprehensive insurance package to go along with the purchase! People just want a SINGLE low monthly payment for the truck itself AND the insurance! The manufacturer that best offers a good COMBINED truck financing and insurance package BECOMES THE SALES WINNER!
V
You don't have to worry about your family fitting in the back seat. Because they're not. I bought a Tacoma and kept it 6 months because I couldn't even fit my grandkids back there. Buy a full size truck. There is no other solution to your problem.
Ahoy from a fellow Pink Floyd fan!
Run the blower and lawn mower out of gas before winter or summer
I know 🤷♂️
Andre you should have waited for the new Tacoma.
2 Guys 1 Truck
Great video as always, do what you are doing guys! Regards from Poland 🇵🇱
Thank you for watching and your feedback!
Yup, I called it. Time to test the “updated” 8 speed and the turbo 4 cyl. Can’t wait for future vids. Congrats 🎉
The back seats in the Colorados are like the seats in a compact car. Your daughter is probably going to hate it.
This is coming from a guy who is 5'6 and owns a 19 Colorado and from the videos I've seen including your own that back seat looks no different in dimensions as the previous generation.
Kinda funny. I went from a zr2 Colorado with the Duramax to a 2021 f150 with the coyote a little over a year ago. One of the main drivers in that decision was cabin space. We towed our pop up from DFW to Cherokee NC and back and the back seat passengers were pretty miserable… I’ve got my wife and two boys (10 and 13)… had to have more space.
All that being said, I’m excited for that new Colorado! I think GM knocked that one out of the park!
$390 for a different color, Tesla charges $1,000’s more if you want color. Thanks GM for for not ripping people off.
I’m sure everyone zoomed ahead to hear about the secret truck you ordered. Congratulations Andre! 😎🍷🎉🛻
Thank you!
Very nice Andre. I built a Trail Boss with some options and accessories in Harvest Bronze Metallic. It was about $43000.
Andre loved the yellow Nissan Titan Pro 4X so he had to get another yellow truck. Pretty cool 😎
I thought of the yellow titan too when he mentioned yellow
Roman needs a neighbor who understands that life happens before 9 AM. LED headlights are great if you are behind them. But LED headlights are a nightmare coming at you.
Especially Tesla headlights they can’t aim them if their life depended on it. I constantly get blinded by the light 🎶🎶🎶🎶
So are laser beams - absolutely horrible
Skill issue
I’d rather have to look at the line for a few seconds while a cars passing on the other side than be in a spot where I can’t see worth a crap because of dim headlights.
That’s only you and your problem
Glad you mentioned Tim at pickup truck plus SUV talk he is as passionate as you are and let’s not forget the 5 ft wonder, Jill.
As a current Colorado owner and I’ve also owned other mid size trucks in the past be prepared for the it’s not a real truck comments despite its hauling and towing capabilities
Little guys need big trucks. Big guys get what they want. I just don't enjoy fullsize trucks.
Let me guess, those "real" truck guys drive 80k living rooms with fake v8 exhaust noise played to make them feel macho. A REAL truck has a single cab, long bed, bench seat, crank windows, and is missing half its paint.
16:25 Please do a video about your electric snowblower when the real snow comes in March. You could see how much sidewalk you can clear on a charge vs. gas.
Snow here in Colorado isn't the same as Midwest. Many times you can just use a broom
@@kirbykime9783 I don't know where you live, but we average 89" per year in Boulder. We got 152" in 2019-2020. I shovel mine, but my neighbor used his snowblower to clean our sidewalks. My side road has been covered with ice & slush for weeks.
I am surprised you got a Colorado. I will be super interested to see how it holds up. I know towing is important to you too so pulling with the four cylinder will be interesting as well. And how your family fits in it. I can't wait till you get it to answer all these questions. Great video guys
Much better than any Ford.
@@wint_62 lol. Maybe. I'm usually the guy at work who brags on the Fords in jest. I really have no brand loyalty at all as none of the brands have loyalty to their customers. But if you like the Chevys, I'm happy for you.
Any truck should hold up for 21,000 miles.
@@davidkendall6801 they should, but they've had several that didn't.
Don't be surprised. He said he got it because it's the only new truck that he could get quickly.
I definitely enjoy sitting here on a saturday morning with my coffee and my dog in my lap watching TFL videos. keep it up dudes!
I'm surprised by you Roman, who makes a living because of this great country's right to free speech, that you listen to howard stern. A person who just said screw your rights. Crazy times.
I’m leasing my current 2020 truck, and I’ll be buying out the lease at the end because of how crazy the market has gotten.
Andre, the 430tq tune is only a few hundred bucks, why didn't you get that option? I'm also looking at one, I feel like it could be good to have a small/midsize truck if I finally find a house I want to buy. Ability to transport furniture and lawn equipment and such.
@ Roman I feel like you lowkey listened to some of our criticism from past podcasts, right? ;-) nah for real, it was waaay easier to listen to this podcast compared to past ones starring you, thanks a lot for this
Nice! You’re going to love it. Parking is the best thing about mid sizers. Can’t wait for the videos
Great video guys! Not sure I've been more excited about any journalist's truck reveal! The color is awesome 👍🏽
Thank you for the kind words.
I hate to say it. Your family probably will not like the smaller space if they are tall. Gm has done a great job with the new Colorado and canyon. They look really nice. Pretty decent power for a mid sized vehicle. Personally, I myself wouldn’t be able to go down to mid size after having full sized trucks for 20 years straight
Congratulations Andre, I ordered my Z-71 Colorado last week. I was able to order everything I wanted on it. MSRP W/DFC $50k, with GM discount $46k. Loaded except I stayed with the 18” tires & wheels. I want more sidewall for better traction offroad and I like the style of the 18” wheels better.
First off, you guys are my favorite channel by far. Also, I've never posted a commented before so this is a first. I owned a 19 classic identical to stubby except mine was a quad. Now I own a 22 bighorn crew. I completely agree with the headlights, absolutely terrible. However, I purchased orical v series light bulbs for my 19 they were little over $100. I believe Roman sated how much you have to take apart fo change the buld. I'm not sure if you guys realize. You really don't have to do that. It literally took my 5 min a buld to pop out the headlight housing and put the new bulbs in. Did the same thing with my new truck in the dealer lot when I got the new truck. The orical bulbs are fantastic. We got my wife a 22 pilot and it had the hid bright white projector lights. The bulbs i put in my rams are far better and brighter especially on the highway. Maybe not the great for oncoming traffic. But every bright bulb blinds you nowadays just have to learn too not look directly at oncoming traffic I suppose.
Again love the show guys.
Ciao.
Andre take it from me You're going to love your Colorado All my vehicles have been Fords My last Ford was extended cab F-150 long bed it came time for a new vehicle and I looked at Ford's but they cost too much I looked at a Colorado and it was affordable in price but it handles like a full size truck and a back seat is more comfortable than a Ford You're not going to hate your Colorado trust me you should show us your new ride when you get it in possession..
Wall Street Journal recently reported there is now a excess supply of computer chips. We should not be seeing decontented vehicles or short supplies based on chips.
Since when is the Wall Street Journal correct?
À aaaa
There is an abundance of Computer chips or semiconductors?
Chips are all not the same. If you follow detailed analysists the last i heard while cutting edge fab proccesses have excess supply: AMD, Nvidia, and Apple are holding the bag right now for the bleeding edge. But trucks use old broken fabs for industrial chips, which were still having troubles maintaining order volume with all the military orders with the war in Ukraine. Cutting edge fabs and old industrial fabs make totally different products that cannot be swapped without millions or billions of dollars of redesigns. even though old proccesses are in demand, they won't Pay: Apple, Nvidia, AMD, Qualcomm prices.
Also companies pre purchase their electronics in large quantities and if there is any surplus it’s usually snatched up quickly.
I bought my first truck in November 2021. I listened to Andre and Nathan's podcasts titled "best engines" to select the engine. I ended up choosing the GM 6.2 (the big boy). I bought a Silverado RST because I found a dealer that observed MSRP.
Excellent choice. Good idea avoiding the formerly bulletproof 5.3.
@@rightwingsafetysquad9872 the 6.2 and 5.3 have the same lifter problems.
I'll give you guys the Headlight hate as anyone that gets in my 2008 Nissan Frontier at night is deathly afraid by the light my headlights put out lol. I'm just used to it, but it's pretty bad when a new car pulls up behind me and I'm like, what happened did my headlights just go out lol. Basically because the light surrounding me being projected from the vehicle headlights behind me makes a shadow in front of my truck like my lights aren't on lol. But I'll put up with my old tech even though I'm pretty close to wanting to swap out my headlights because everything else about my old truck including its current 400,000 plus miles on it just puts a huge smile of satisfaction on my face for money well spent on a quality reliable albeit not fancy truck. Oh and the fact that I could afford to buy the truck when I bought it unlike truck prices today Jiminy Christmas!
Important note: you didn't loose 5k you used/ depreciated 5k. Loosing 5k means you threw it out the window while driving and kept driving. 5k for using/enjoying for 2 years is astounding. Try lease a 50k vehicle for 2 years/24k mileage and see how much that costs, just saying.
Love Andre but why does he always go cheap? Especially on headlights. Doesn't make sense. Its literally a huge safety issue for your family
The biggest bummer about the Colorado Trail Boss, which I wanted as well, is it doesn't have heated seats available. Wtf
Roman I am an engineer that has worked with earth moving and agricultural machine diesel engines. We have tested urine as a replacement for DEF, and it is not effective. It will derate your engine.
Thank you for letting us know.
I agree these subscription services in vehicles will drive people like me from buying “new”. Show respect for customers!
I agree with tfl but I think it’s sort of blown out of proportion because when you buy a car heated seats have to have the hardware hence if you want to pay per month to turn it on you pay maybe at purchase. But only thinking you’d have to pay for the use of updates that’s reasonable 😊
In Europe you always had to order a new car at the dealership and wait for your car. But what happened lately is crazy. I‘ve ordered my new car in October 2021 and still nobody can tell my when the car will get build or when I will get it. It’s crazy.
Andre I have the same recall on my Powerboost for the wiper motor from Mar 2021 and still no parts available...I have noticed now that the bottom molding around the bottom of the windshield and on the hood around the wiper b;ades is separating...
Be nice to have your kids in the backseat to work the manual sliding rear window for you 🤦♂️. One less thing to break I guess.
Love my 17’ Colorado, Never left me stranded has always limped to the dealership for repairs.
My 8 speed sucks in the cold weather first 10mins of driving. Come up to a stop sign about to let off brake and give it gas to go and it kicks down into first gear from second gear hard at the wrong time. Safety issue my opinion but GM says it’s normal. Be curious if this revised version of the 8spd does that still
Car flippers are absolutely driving up the markups for new and used cars. I know for a fact people were buying new Taycans and Mavericks for the sole purpose of reselling- that decreases the supply of new cars and hence increases the dealer markups. Good on GM for trying anything to slow down the car flippers. Eventually used car prices will go down and the flippers will go away.
I had a 2019 Big Horn Classic. Loved the truck and had zero issue with it. The headlights Suck!!! I took a cross country trip and the night driving was white knuckled at times. Again, no issues with the truck but I ended up trading it in on a 2022 Rebel. The headlights are amazing! Come on Ram, fix that issue with the Classic version.
Congratulations Andre! I have been one of those fans waiting to hear what you bought. I am again anxious to see videos on it. Can’t wait.
Thank you for watching.
Thanks for bringing up the subscription scam…
It’s a really big problem!
Will not buy anything with a subscription, I really wanted a new Tundra.
Buy a good lift from Fox or King and the ride quality wont go to shit when you lift your truck. You are also usually going to E load tires when you lift your truck as well which hurts ride quality. Simply upgrading the suspension does not ruin ride quality if you get quality stuff (fox/kings/deavers/etc) and you get the right load rating for your truck. Most people overspring their lifts because shops want to sell you the most shit, not give you the best ride quality. Spring rate as low as possible + fox/king/deavers = good ride and lifted.
