Oh my that was beautiful when I went! We stayed at this amazing hotel which was so high on the mountain and IT WAS AMAZING!! You could see mountains right in front of u from the balcony and see local people doing their work and the food is not spicy but it’s simple just like the people there! Also horse riding is amazing and the chai is the best! I was born in lahore but in lahore there’s so much food but if u explore Pakistan the natural beauty and adventure is always available!
This place is in the valley of Swat. Swat was never part of combined India. The mughal tried to conquer it but were defeated by the Yousafzai pushtoons. The British couldn't conquer it either. It was an independent princely state till it joined Pakistan in 1969. Swat is a district of kpk. Kpk was part of Afghanistan in ancient times. I'm from Swat btw.
Pakistani local people are so lucky that most of it's beautiful attractions are just for them and not filled with international tourists. Enjoy before this thing change :) Pakistan is the most beautiful place in the world "a complete package"

The place is breathtaking I did skiing with my office fellows in 2007.---------> Only Snow, Peace and Skiing. Right at the base of hill at river bank, were huts for frying fish. (hopefully still there). .

Malamjaba resort is very old with all the facilities. The building u saw being rebuilt was bombed by taliban. For some years resort was closed. But now for last 5 or 6 years the activities are back
No need to go anywhere else, everyone is most welcome to visit Pakistan and enjoy your life with beautiful and natural beauties of Pakistan. I visited malam jabba the same place last year in March but unfortunately there was not that snow on mountains. I feel sad. ☹️ But still it was great tour.
