- A High-level dialogue between WHO Director-General, Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, and the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Mr Volker Türk will mark the 75th anniversaries of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the World Health Organization. This event will look at how to continue to advance human rights for health, even in the face of serious emergencies.

Was "informed consent" a human right during the pandemic? Vaccine mandates?
We'd like to see Tedros' medical license. What branch of medicine does he practice? How did earn the title "doctor?"
Born in the Eritrean city of Asmara, Dr Tedros graduated from the University of Asmara with a Bachelor of Biology, before earning a Master of Science (MSc) in Immunology of Infectious Diseases from the University of London, a Doctorate of Philosophy (PhD) in Community Health from the University of Nottingham and an Honorary Fellowship from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
