That part about what foods you were raised on and how it effects your gut biome and how your stomach is a soft point hit me so hard because same! Those processed foods really mess with ya, especially if you're raised on it. Born and raised yooper and boy those casseroles lol but some still bring a warm nostalgia. And SOUP! Yes, I’m with Alex. This is definitely not linear. Sometimes I’m flyin hiiiiigh - synchronistic happenings, total joy and bliss and then I’m in my head and depressed af for weeks!
I started this episode 6 days ago when it was first uploaded but I was in a bad place mentally so I stopped it N put on some Vitamins N other amazing Queen Herby music while I was at work to help get my vibe higher...! (It always helps!! 🤩💯)

I keep thinking of the spiral of dynamics (the graves model) that I learned in NLP. Where it's too: if you are not there yet, difficult to understand the following "levels". The upper level(s), imo, corresponds with what you are talking about with the older souls. One of my coaches is also working with younger generations, and he observed that younger people are more easily understanding the upper levels!! (Lol om 23 but yk). Lower levels, I feel like, correspond with the lower vibrations like shame and anger.
I just needed to hear Nick sing boys2men. That’s all.
