If you want to change the keybinds for hitting the notes, go to settings, controls, then survivor and scroll down and select "Composer". Then it will list all his custom controls and you can bind them to a different key.
Im not sure how , but I’ve seen other you tubers that play on PC be able to kite while looking back. I suggest you ask this to nubspector UA-cam channel, he usually replies to most comments and plays on PC

If youre good at the rhythm game thing, i recommend starting at level 3 so you can build up to 20% alot faster, and then switching to level 2

I'm not sure there is a way, I think it's a mobile exclusive feature.
