RS Aero Nationals Training Day 1 - Getting Back To Basics

Day 1 of training for the RS Aero Nationals and starting off by getting used to the boat again and looking at areas I need to improve and start working on small areas. I headed down to Brightlingsea sailing club to be able to sailing on the sea and get into conditions which may be similar to those at the nationals and find which areas of my sailing need improvements.
