Joplin is NOT like a suburb to the bigger cities. Joplin is a metro area and the population doubles and even triples from people in the area coming in to work, shop, eat, etc. It's a small town with low crime and we are close enough to KC, Tulsa, and St. Louis to drive if there's an event in one of those cities we want to go to.

OK first of all this is not a real estate company out of Joplin and that is not a local number. If you want to move here call a real estate company out of Joplin. Your best bet is to move to a city that is outside the city limits.

Why on God's earth would you ever move to this dump. It is literally rated the 8th worse city in the entire country for property crime.
