    The quiet core does help, I have never been annoyed by my exhaust...I always wear a helmet and don't do much steady cruising though

    Looks sweet. I'm not into the mud thing though. I prefer scenic trails on my Outlander Max 800. Love CanAms. Thanks for the good videos.

      Not into mud? You don't know what you're missin out on. If you decide to go muddin though, you might wanna get tire spacers and power steering. A regular four wheeler won't cut it.

    • @CANAMSHREDDER
      @CANAMSHREDDER 10 років тому +2

      Derek Brody power steering doesnt help you in the mud haha

      TAKETHESHOT 63 Dont listen to these guys. The atv it’s self is around 17k and he’s got $1400in tires, $3000 exhaust, $400 rad relocation, $300 snorkel kit, $3000 suspension, $3000, lift kit, $1000 winch, $100 shifter, $500 bumper, and he’s got forged pistons and after market injectors which is easily $5000 not to mention the tune he’s got on it which is about $500 and he’s got another $2000 in clutching plus the $1000 axles he has turning those tires so all around he’s got around and after taxes he’s got a close to $42,000 machine

    Praise the lord of the Quad gods for this machine having turned out so amazing. Good job Osta, it really does have a mesmerizing effect! I can't see them axles break, but creepers those joints are flexing down a lot! They really need to come out with a constant velocity double joint for our quads to take the torque out of the CV joint.

    We are only around 1500-2000ft. You should clutch so that you are very near the rev limiter at your lowest elevation and that will put you in the power when you go higher up

  • @ostacruiser

    They are way lighter than the Outlaw 2's and they work better for us then the Silverbacks and Terminators, Can't ever go wrong with 29.5" Outlaw 1's if you like to mud ride

    Nice bike. I bought a 96 sportsman 500 and had to replace the engine, starter, bendix, flywheel, stator, cv boot on Front right, Thermostat switch for fan, spark plug, etc. I put about 1500 into this 96 and i did all the work myself. I wish i had something like yours. LOL

  • @Roller71
    @Roller71 9 років тому

    OK, I have no idea what these CanAm stump munchers are or their "FARMING" application but yes they are FRIKKN AWESOME. I live in the semi arid far west of NSW AUSTRALIA and have the luxury of multiple toys with ridiculous horsepower. But never have I thought more selfishly wanting something like this swamp eating terra firma devouring thumping, oh and camera knocking over beast. Please keep up videos and the "aye" accent. Very Frikkn Cool.

  • @ostacruiser
    @ostacruiser  11 років тому

    15K would get you a bone stock 2013 Renegade Xxc 1000 up here, then add a 4" Catvos/gorilla axles, gorilla rad relocate bumper, qsc/stm full clutches, custom powder coating, 29.5" Outlaws, Dominator Dual Competition exhaust and tuner, Warn ProVantage 3500# winch, then all the small stuff like overfenders, rear rack, hand/thumb warmers, 2" Handle bar riser, custom gas cap/knuckle shifter, rear hitch, rear cv boot guards. It adds up quick...lol, but I am super happy and it's a complete beast

    Nice ride Ostacruiser! I'm shocked I havn't seen this posted up on MIMB by any of your riding buds over there yet. I can't wait to lift mine, I have a 2011 rene 800 xc, running CV Tech primary with stock secondary & 650 helix, 2" snorks, PC-5, Viper Max 4000, and 31" skinny/wide outlaws on MSA M16 beadlocks. Yours makes me want a lift 10X more than I already do (I sold my 6" Catvos Brute last Nov and it sucks only having about 14" of clearance on 31s)

    We all get them to operating temp then do a series of 1/2 to 3/4 to 100% pulls, a good breakin with lots of load will give you the most hp and the longest lasting motor

    Weight, I loved the Law 2's ride and they did extremely well in deep ruts with their sidewall lug but they are 60lbs heavier per set then the Outlaw 1's...thats a lot of extra power robbed
