I have a new morning routine which helps me get up and motivate myself for the day (it’s so gray rainy and dark here in the Germans mornings). I get up and ready, have some stretches and then make myself a yummy coffee and watch your daily vlogmas before starting a busy workday. Sad that will be over soon but grateful that you uploaded so consistently and I have this wonderful routine for the moment 💫!

Get some spray normal saline for the nose..not medicated nasal sprays. The nasal saline will provide moisture for your dry nasal passages, and is so mild we use it on babies. You are the greatest!!!

why do you add creamer and almond milk? Is the creamer too strong on it's own for how much you like to use? I don't drink coffee usually, and when i do i get it out. DOn' tknow how strong flavored creamer is.
Yes! I only add a splash of creamer. I don’t want to drown my coffee in creamer or else it’s too rich. So just a splash of that, and then some almond milk because I make a latte. So 2 shots of espresso and the rest of the mug is filled with the frothed milk/creamer ♥️
How do you get companies to hire you as a freelance dancer? Do you send them emails asking to guest or do they find you on their own? Sorry if this has already been asked! 🩰

In my opinion, colourpop eyeshadow doesn’t go on very well when applied with brushes. i always use my fingers to get a pigmented application 💜
