You missed one very important factor. How often people buy an item. I can mass produce the glams and housing items, it won't change the amount of people who buy them. A good thing to do is to mix it up. Make 2 glams or whatever of whatever, some furnitures, when the market of those things feel fed at the moment, keep crafting those things that sell more often, like crafted gear.
Yeah, actual live demand is really important too. Looking at the sale history of different times can definitely help you get a good range of things to craft. :) thanks!
Doesn't matter what you sell. You're going to throw it up on the market board and log for the night hoping to come back after work the next day or whatever and withdrawal a nice little paycheck. Only to find out 23 people undercut you within 4 mins of you posting the items on it market..
Just made 150mil of DT release, don't listen to this guy, just don't be a lazy crafter that makes a handful of stuff of the same 4 items and expect to make bank. It changes too, sometimes housing items are better, sometimes glams, it changes and you'll have to adjust. Just don't be lazy and expect to craft the same thing to sell now and expect it to be the same stuff you craft in a year. And you don't need to have omni, you can do it with 1 or 2, like me.
Tbf, this was made at the EW release where the prices tanked immediately due to a massive influx of players. It is most certainly outdated at this point haha.
I second this! Crafting endgame gear to make bank is viable for about 1 day. Then everyone else caught up and prices are plummeting so hard, you pay more for the materials to craft the gear itself. Instead go for items ppl need all the time, gear they want (cause it glows and glitters - as we all know players are like crows), and housing items. And if you want to craft gear, go for stuff ppl buy for leveling (but in small numbers). and if you want to make bank on non craftables: go for items many want, but are a) too lazy to buy at the npc vendor b) have no access to, cause they are too lazy to unlock the vendor, or c) they don't know that the items are actually purchasable at an npc vendor (good example is the "Oriental Snowcave")

He's absolutely right. People will pay out the nose for something they want over something they need.
